The location was fantastic the pictures do not do the property justice - the sea view from the large terrace and of Dubrovnik old town was priceless You can easily walk into old town within 10-15 minutes - there are a lot of steps but worth it for the view - the air conditioning was excellent - good shower/ wifi and washing machine was handy - I would go back in a heartbeat!

Amazing view and great location, just a 10 mins walk to old town. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfy (if you like a bit harder beds) and the linens and towels were of great quality. Host was accomodating and also told us briefly about history of Dubrovnik and gave us a few tips for our stay.

The stairs were quite rough, but they are everywhere in Dubrovnik. :) Electric sockets in bathroom weren't in best shape, one loose and one not working.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week and it was incredible. Spacious, well - equipped ( in as new condition) apartment with breathtaking view - absolutely everything you could need was on site! The availability and courtesy of the owners made us feel immediately as if we were at home. We'll be back, for sure. Thank you so much Dubravka & Niko for making our holiday so special.

Everything was great. Fantastic views, the appartment has everything you may need, incl. washing machine. Extremely kind and welcoming Personell.

Nothing, but be aware of stairs to go up and down if you are there without the car. Something to think of if you travel with small kids or elderly people.

Location is great, awesome view, walking distance to the old town, beach, supermarkets, etc. The apartment has all the essential facilities you may need, a kitchen, wash machine, a small balcony, an emergency box, where you can enjoy the view. When we checked in, milk, water and orange juice were prepared in the fridge. After the owner learned that our daughter was having birthday, his wife baked a very delicious chili ate cake, that was really nice and thoughtful. we enjoyed our staying and will definitely recommend it to everyone who would love to have a comfortable and unforgettable trip in Dubrovnik.

Nothing. there are many stairs on one way to the hotel when you have to carry heavy suit case on day 1, that was not the hotel’s fault and it didn’t bother us at all.

Everything was perfect! Clean spacious apartment, the view from the windows and tarace is breathtaking. You do not have to go by cable car over the city, because you have a better view from the terrace! The owner was very nice and helpful. There was a brochure with the owner's recommended restaurants in the apartment, we checked them out and they were really great! I would not improve anything. The trip was perfect!

Location was great. Apartment was as advertised. The host was very helpful. We struggled a little but with our gps to find the entrance to the property but our host was patient and waited for us. We would absolutely stay here again.

There are a lot of stairs to get back to the apartment after spending the day in Oldtown, but I think that would be the case anywhere one stayed in the ploce area. The view from the balcony was worth the steps though.

The apartment was great: gorgeous view of Old Town Dubrovnik, private parking lot, had everything you could need. It was also very close to the center of the city.

Spotless, really modern with great facilities, quiet even though near everything including great swimming spots. However the best thing about this apartment is the amazing terrace with spectacular views (see pic) which has room for dining and sunbathing! Loved it and highly recommend!

As with most of dubrovnik it is up a lot of stairs, but even with these only a 15min walk from the old town

We stayed in the 1 bed studio with terrace. This place is AMAZING! Views are absolutely incredible, the room is giant, and the terrace/ balcony is breathtaking. I still can't get over the views you get from this room. Think picturesque views of Dubrovnik. Wonderful hospitality with coffee, orange juice and milk included. Very nice sized bathrooms with double sink. Very kind hosts with super helpful recommendations, including nearby beach spots and chair areas to access, as well as best times to do Dubrovnik classic attractions.

Some have mentioned the stairs to get to this place, but they aren't terrible, and to get this view they are totally worth it.
