Fácil acceso a paseos en bote, pesca y otras actividades al aire libre. Disfruta de nuestra casa en el lado tranquilo del paraíso. Que esta sea su base para visitar los parques de atracciones más famosos de la Florida (2 horas a Busch Gardens, Tampa y Walt Disney, Orlando). Regrese a su piscina privada para relajarse después de un día de pesca en las aguas de Charlotte Harbor. Compras excursión de un día a Nápoles o Boca Grande o pasear por las calles de St. Armand en Sarasota Square, todo dentro de 1 hora en coche. Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house.

This is our 2nd time renting this house...it's always very clean and the owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We can't wait to come back for a 3rd time!

We had a great time. The main living area opens up with glass sliders to the pool making for a awesome great room. It had a outdoor kitchen with a sink. A fire pit was a nice touch and a small two burner grill. The little grill was great, I bought the same one when I got home. The owners were nice to work with and did as promised.

This home is magnificent. It was like staying at a luxurious spa (without the staff). It was a wonderful last hurrah (third location) in sunny Florida for us before heading back to chilly New England. The pictures don’t exaggerate. We highly recommend this lovely property.

The house was beautiful! A few things we weren't happy with. The pool was cold, the kitchen didn't have the essential equipment to cook, the beds were uncomfortable, the furniture was old & ripped in various spots, some of the decor didn't even work, also, whoever does the cleaning, does NOT do a good job! I think maybe we got spoiled with our other stays.

Perfect price was right for the size of the house. Nice area 5 mintue drive to fishers wharf and down town resturants. Will come back.

We had a great experience staying at the house. The house was very clean and beautiful. It had all the necessities such as coffee maker, hairdryer, washer and dryer and so much more. It’s in a great location. It’s close to Fisherman’s Village and downtown Punta Gorda. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house came as advertised and pictured. It was a great place to relax in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and there were some pool toys for the kids to play with. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We loved going to Fisherman's Village only 2 miles away. The airport was only 5 miles away. The red tide was still effecting the beaches during our stay, so we decided against renting a boat. Instead, we enjoyed more time in the house and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was fantastic! We will definitely look to stay there again when we visit the Punta Gorda area. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The owners Sean and Shelly were prompt to answer any questions we had. Would give higher than 5 stars if able! Highly recommend!

This home was very awesome. The layout was spacious and the views were great. The owners were very easy to work with and I am looking forward to renting this house again next year hopefully.................

The home is beautiful, well maintained with luxurious bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. The pool is just the right size for kiddos. The neighborhood is quiet and located centrally to the fisherman's wharf and downtown Punta Gorda. If you aren't traveling with kids it is great to take advantage of the borrow a bike program throughout the town. Also the responsiveness of the hosts is amazing, any questions we had were answered quickly. Enjoyed the home, the location and renting from Shaun and Shelley.
