When we checked in we received a room that I did not book. I went back to the office and they quickly resolved it and got us a new room that was perfect and hope to stay in that room again next year.

This place was very nice to stay at, great views, walking distance to town and good amenities. Only inaccuracy was the bed was a queen Murphy style along with a couch instead of a king which was fine, just different than listing photos.

Overall location is great, view spectacular, hosts were nice, but decks were dirty & too many spiderwebs every on chairs, tables, pokes, bbq’s. Pool bar was advertised as open/available but it was a ghost town. Construction rafts were all around our unit’s entry door. Room was nice w/ limited kitchen items. I liked the place & feel other units on campus are worth the stay & good recommendation for others to stay/visit. I give a thumbs up.

Decent place in great location
This place was clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen. The unit is located just across the bridge from the downtown area which was great to walk into town to grab food or go see a movie at the Ruby Theater. The view out the back to the lake was nice, the only complaint I have is that the bed didn't seem level and was sunken and soft in areas. Other than that the say was nice.

Family vacationed at the old Caravel in the 1960s, stopped in on a whim. Surprise! They had a room for one night, and what a beautiful, comfortable, wonderful stay we had. Just enough infrastructure to spur memories, with ample convenience and comfort to pamper ourselves. We'll definitely be back!

Good. The room was pretty cold though. A big draft came in under the door from the exterior into the room; the small heater couldn’t keep up. Room was clean but not as nice as I had hoped. It’s an older property and in need of some updating. Lovely views.

Carpet was very dirty, paint on walls chipped, toilet seat should have been replaced at least 2 years ago, outside electrical outlet hanging from wall. carpet in hall way look like a flood had been in hall. door from parking garage damaged and parts falling off.
