We loved staying here. The view was beautiful. The location is perfect, very close to town. The only downside was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable. I know you can’t expect too much staying somewhere but the mattress creaked every time you turned over and it was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The property provides a spectacular view of lake Chelan from a private balcony at a very convenient location within short walking distance to the town shopping area. Pool area gets crowded but plenty of lounge chairs can be had on the decks by the lake. Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. Small kitchenette has almost everything you would need if you wish to cook.

Pros: - property looks like the photos - great view and near the pool - comfortable beds - big fridge and kitchen had basic amenities - amazing location Cons: - elevator was broken - carpet needs cleaning. There’s a sign that says new carpet but walking w barefoot for a few mins shows how dirty the carpet is - not properly cleaned, we found a used mask near the tv :( and the table had dried up drink from someone - no mid stay cleans due to covid - you’ll be asked to throw your garbage before you leave and there wasn’t one on the floor as it was written - the bathroom hardware can use some upgrade - good to channel lineup, poor connection Overall we still enjoyed our stay and will be back.

For the price paid for this condo I would have to rate it "just ok." The room was a basic motel room, nothing fancy. No pool or hot tub (due to covid, no doubt). Water level was low on the lake, so no access to the water. The balcony was nice and the room was clean. Toaster did not work. Staff replaced it. There was a sign in the room asking for shoes to be removed, which we complied, until I stepped on a carpet tack stabbing me in the heel. Staff hammered it in. There are a list of chores to do before leaving, (take out your trash, put towels in the bathroom, strip beds) I thought that was asking a bit much when an averaged priced hotel doesn't expect you to do chores before leaving. All said and done we overpaid for a basic motel room with a view of the lake and were told to take out our own trash. When I checked out I was told a receipt would be sent to my email. I am still waiting. I had to dodge dog poop on the way out of the lobby as the little pom wondering around had left his little gift right at the door. Lake Chelan town, wineries, and Lady of the Lake trip made up for average over-priced accomodations.

It was a good location with a good view of the lake. The pool in the property was good as well. The studio was older than how it looks in the picture. It is just good for a small family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great experience. The location was great and the staff was nice. We felt very safe with the safety precautions in place given the current pandemic situation.

Will stay there again.

The Grandview is an awesome location and close to everything. It was great to wake up and look out at the lake. The unit could use a little updating, but it's pretty on trend for places to stay in Chelan!

This unit was exactly what we expected and what we wanted. Our stay was wonderful. The unit is perfect for two adults. Great view of the lake and mountains.

The room was good, and the view was beautiful. It was a wonderful and excellent mini-vacation. But the hotel seemed understaffed. There was bad damage to the outside of the refrigerator door (very unsightly).
