Clean, neat and tidy. Although compact, bathroom was nice.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Issues with door locks getting into apartment. Air conditioning didn't work correctly. Sofia did an amazing job to get these items fixed very quickly (except for the bed).

Excellent location, spotless room, very flexible host, continuous and great communication. We were very happy with out stay!

Little noisy due to construction nearby (not the fault of the host)

The property was big enough for the 3 of us for a night stay while we organised our hire car. Neat tidy and had what we needed. The location was good in a quiet street with cafes/restaurants and shopping in walking distance. B&Bari manager was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us organise ourselves. We had clear instructions on how to access the property and the lovely Italian breakfast for the next morning. Highly recommend if you are staying in Bari.

The property air conditioning had an issue but we were provided fans. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling.

Good location and lovely host. It says no breakfast online however when we arrived we found it there was a European breakfast at a cafe provided which was lovely.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken which made the warm evening quite uncomfortable. However the host was extremely open with her communication and really tried everything to make it work which we really appreciated.

Perfect location - close to the main train station and the old town. Nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Very good communication with the host.

Having some shelves in the wardrobe or on the walls would make it more convenient for stays longer than a day or two.

The location is quite good, everything is clean, you can find everything you can hope for. Really easy to communicate with the owner, overall great place to spend a night.

The room is quite dark, definitely would be great to change the main light to something brighter. There were also some random sounds of probably boilers or smth else in the evening and early morning.

Clean and spacious room with a large bathroom, comfortable bed, terrace, perfect location, close to the central station, old town, and all other attractions in the beautiful city of Bari. The host lady was very quick to respond on WhatsApp at all times. Easy remote check-in and check-out. Our flight was late in the evening on the day we checked out, and the host lady allowed us to leave our luggage in the lounge area, so we wandered the streets of Alberobello all day without our luggage, for which we are extremely happy and grateful!

The location is central but very quiet, the room is big and comfortable. We liked the spacious bathroom and the little terrace. The breakfast was nice at a cute cafeteria right around the corner. Easy check in and check out and great polite host.

Parking in Bari seems almost impossible. On the streets around all public parking is 2€/ hour day and night. Other private parkings around are 2 or 3€/ hour. So it’s very expensive to leave your car overnight. We managed to find free parking (the white lines) at about 1-1,5km walking.

We really liked everything. the rooms are on the ground floor, we even had separate entrance. It was safe and quiet at night. we had to leave early so did not try breakfast.

Location was perfect, very close to centre and to train/bus station. Clean and comfortable.

Just one thing: Not having coffee/tea facilities in the room (just a small kettle, would be perfect)

Location was good. Loved the architecture. Next time in Bari would go closer to the main attractions.

Shower partially worked. Hand held was broken. Floor of shower very slippery, needs a mat or grips. The stairs up to the sleeping loft were the same tiles as the floor and it was impossible to see the depth of the last step! Dangerous.
