Very comfortable stay We had everything we needed for a short stay in Chesapeake.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice space for a reasonable price. Except maybe for the rooster (kidding )… a fun surprise. Enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Accommodations were great. Comfortable, clean and private. Would not hesitate to stay again.

I needed a place to stay while I helped my daughter move in. This is the third time I have stayed at this property. A very safe and quiet neighborhood to stay at. The room is always clean and we are provided with towels and other toiletries. There are a variety of places to eat nearby.

Myself and family stayed here and we had enough room for all of us. Access was super easy and a nice quiet neighborhood. Was exactly what we needed for our stay

Karla and Steven were friendly, gracious and welcoming.. they even helped looking for my car keys that were lost! And even offered me a place to rent at the Beach! Super Host..

This room was exactly as described and perfect for my husband and I for a weekend in Virginia. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and and also the room size. It was large enough to move around and have our own space if needed. The instructions for the property were spot on. Appreciated that the fridge was larger than a traditional hotel fridge and the kitchenette was the perfect size to make items on site. We will definitely stay here for our future visits.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this VRBO. As always, Karla went above and beyond with everything. She was super easy reach and responded to our messages almost immediately. The bed is properly made, which is relieving after a long trip, as well as fresh towels ready for use. They are a lovely family to talk with and we look forward to staying here if we are ever in the area again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Air B and B. Karla and her husband were very friendly and helpful. She also let me used her washer and drier which was very nice of her. Place was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

An excellent find! My wife and I had a beautiful stay. Spacious suite that is well maintained and spotless.. Beautiful back yard. Karla and her husband were very gracious and accommodating. Location is ideal for getting to many area attractions, and we loved that it is in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Hosts check in instructions were excellent! Our suite was gorgeous! The hosts have a beautiful backyard full of group seating and an in-ground pool. Hosts greeted us upon arrival. They even bought a fan especially for me for my hot flashes at night. The suite has more than adequate a/c and ceiling fan, but I get very hot 🔥. Quiet neighborhood. I can highly recommend this rental to everyone!

Karla’s place was very comfortable. It had all the amenities of home. We didn’t bring pets but it would’ve been comfortable for our dog. It was very close to the Great Dismal Swamp where we were going. We’d definitely come again and highly recommend!

This was my first time staying at a VRBO. I was so pleased with the ease of which I could get into the suite. This is a perfect quiet location for one or two people, as this is in all actuality an In-Law suite. Separate entrance into the suite made for a very enjoyable experience for myself and my medium size dog. I chose this property because of the fenced yard that is accessable from the suite. My puppy could stretch her legs in the morning and evenings. There is also a nice sitting area outside, but it was cold so I didn't get to do that much. Thank you for making this a great first experience.

We stayed at this property as a pit stop on the way down to OBX. It is just as described, very clean, and better than any hotel room you are going to find. The property owners were wonderfully kind and available if we needed anything. The house was also close to many local attractions. We spent time at Virginia Beach, First Landing State Park as well as the Virginia Zoo. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

From the time we checked in till we checked out it was just amazing experience. Neighborhood was so quiet. Owner Steven was wonderful. Property was very well kept modern. Kids friendly home. Wonderful backyard space. I thank Carla and Steven for creating such amazing space and giving our family memorable moments together. We will be back at this Property in future.

Don't hesitate to stay at this property. It was spotless, comfortable, and roomy. It is close to Virginia Beach and other areas of interest.

We were very happy with this place. It was very clean. Karla was prompt to answer the few questions we had and we were not batathered at all by anyone during our stay.

The suite was perfect, it was equipped with everything we needed. It was so quiet, my husband and I was able to get some well needed rest. The suite was spotless, spacious, great neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping areas. I will highly recommend this unit to anybody looking for a place to stay when visiting Virginia. Our stay was lovely. The accomodations were great. The location is in a family oriented neighborhood, so relaxful and comfortable. This is not the spot for turning up and partying. The location is not far from VA beach or Norfolk beaches. A shopping center for essentials is less than 8 mins away.

The suite was perfect (clean, comfortable, easy access to our activities & in a nice, quiet neighborhood). The owner was attentive; making sure we had everything we needed.

They renovated the suite, they changed the carpet to hard floors, which I prefer especially since I am an allergy sufferer. The beach was a decent drive away. There are also multiple restaurants and grocery stores near by. If I ever need to be in the area again, I would stay again!

Our stay here was very comfortable and relaxing, just what we needed. Summer time will be even more awesome here as the owners have put in a pool and the backyard will be great. Karla and her husband are very nice and accommodating. Again, thank you!

We were just looking for a room, while we handled some covid related family matters, but the property was better than we could have hoped. The outdoor amenities rival anything you could expect from a reservation of almost 3x the price you'll pay. We spent most of our evenings sitting on the back porch enjoying the outdoor sitting area complete with a fireplace and outdoor gas lamps and entertainment system. [If you're staying in the summer the pool and jacuzzi also seems great]The room was gorgeous and the mattress gave me such a good nights rest, I've considered changing my own mattress at home. Our host made sure that all of our basic needs were met but really went above on beyond with the welcome package and complimentary perks.We came with our dogs and the pet fee was fair. The backyard was huge but during our stay the fences were down to facilitate renovations of the pool, the only complaint we had with our entire stay. Not even really a complaint more of a minor inconvenience. That being said, the neighborhood is quiet and huge so the dogs still got plenty of exercise and opportunities to get out some energy. I will definitely be staying here again the next time we're down to see the folks.

So much nicer than being in a hotel. The neighborhood was very nice and great for taking our dog on long walks.
