excellent apartment .Great location and very comfortable

We were delighted with the accommodation, ease of getting & leaving our keys, parking availability and pleasantly surprised by the arrival gift basket. In minutes we were settled and relaxed, just what we wanted. Everything about the property was ideal for us and our pet dog. It was immaculately clean and excellently presented. Warm & cosy for us 3 with a full range of appliances, equipment, TVs and utilities. It was in a private, quiet location as well as being close to the site's facilities (shop, bar. amusements etc) and a nice short stroll to Filey Beach. I am happy to fully recommend this property

The flat was a credit to the owners, everything you needed and it was spotless. Great to get down to the beach. And a great village that it is in.

The apartment was clean, well furnished and spacious. We loved the chocolates and other goodies left for us. It was a very nice touch.

bed was very comfortable and it had free Netflix which was a bonus and the owner left us a small hamper to welcome us to the property which we thought was lovely and very thoughtful of them, we were very impressed.

Extremely well equipped apartment on a superb development of cottages apartments and lodges. The location was excellent . Pub very nearby on site. Leisure centre next to pub where my wife really enjoyed her massage. Excellent place to stay. Would live to go back.

Absolutely perfect. Lovely area next to the beach. Great communication and very kind owners. The apartment is spotlessly clean and fitted with modern furnishings and appliances. There is everything you could wish for from Smart TV with apps to a washing machine making it a real home from home. I had the best stay and will definitely be returning to enjoy this wonderful accommodation again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay the hosts were so helpful. Lots of little extras including Fresh Flowers and a hamper with essentials and treats in. Everything you need there to have a wonderful stay, we would definitely return.

Comfortable dog friendly apartment, spotless and well decorated. Is in a holiday community that has good facilities and maintained to a very high standard. About 5 mins downhill to a fantastic dog friendly beach, 2.5 miles from Filey. Book direct don’t use booking.con they never paid the vendor and I had to pay again, it took 5 weeks to get my money back from booking.con

Unfortunatley the on site / eat out - takeaway was poor and over priced

The location & extra touches like fresh flowers & welcome pack on arrival were great. It’s really nicely decorated & the owner contacted us to make sure all was well. We would definitely recommend this flat & hope to stay again.

Although the entire holiday village is non smoking, there was a strong smell of smoke from the downstairs flat next to the front door - nothing to do with our flat & happily it didn’t filter upstairs! We were also surprised to find no electric charging points on site at the Bay - the nearest being at Tesco several miles away.

Very well cared for cottage.Well equipped, everything you would need. Lovely, quiet location. Very clean and welcome pack and flowers were a really nice touch. Sofa not very comfortable but everything else great.
