Bayfront Adventures!
Sal por la puerta hacia la playa. Relájese en la terraza acristalada, escuchando las olas deslizarse suavemente. La Bahía de Delaware tiene mucho que ofrecer en belleza y actividades. My family and I enjoyed a lot of things about this rental property for our vacation. The view of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful, the house was clean and better stocked (sheets, kayaks, chairs, kitchen utensils etc...) than any other property we had previously rented. Kim, our host, was very accommodating when we had a request and quick to get back to me if I had a question. We would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it to other families.

An excellent location and fantastic home for our family and our fur babies! We had everything that we needed and more within the property. And in no time we could get to both Wildwood and Cape May attractions. Highly recommend for families that love to travel with their pets!

The house was exactly as advertised. The views of the sunset were phenomenal. We love being away from the crowds of more public beaches, but close enough to them if we are looking for more adventures. This house was exactly that. The hosts were very responsive and were available for any questions.

We rented this home for an extended Memorial Day weekend and had an absolutely amazing vacation. An ideal location to step out from the back patio onto the beach, beautiful sunsets while enjoying dinner on the back patio, and all the comforts of home!

House was as expected and right on the bay. You walk outside your deck directly onto the beach. Wonderful views and the house was well equipped. The kitchen was remodeled and very nice-the laminate floors were ok but couldn’t keep sand from floating in. Beds were comfortable and even provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. My guests and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend for smaller groups. Also provided were lots of games, wifi, and great Xfinity cable package.

We loved everything about the house like the private access to the beach, glassed-in sunroom, fully fenced yard for our Yorkie, the deck overlooking the beach and the modern kitchen. And it was so well stocked if we had forgot to bring something it would have been available to use. We are planning another trip their next year!

My husband hasn’t been on vacation for 8 years. He had stipulations- beach, calm and our fur baby could go. This place fit the bill to a huge T!!! He is used to North Wildwood and driving in and seeing all the water ways. He said, when we parked and he looked over the gate, that he was shocked to see how close we were to the water!! The smile on his face said it all. The house was amazing more than expected - so cozy and roomy. Had everything we needed and then some. I don’t have enough characters on here to go on and on. Kim was amazing!!!!! She called to check on us when a storm was coming in and was so helpful and courteous. What an awesome property owner. To be able to have our fur baby along was such a bonus and it was her first time and she loved it. Felt Like Home!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

The location of this home was perfect, right on the water. The home was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The sunroom was where we hung out most of the time and it was perfect especially the two days we had rain.
Kim was a wonderful host and extremely quick with her replies. I asked her advice for seafood and she gave a great recommendation. The house was great for our two little pups.
I can't say enough about this home. Very relaxing for the adults and the beach chairs were convenient as well as the kayak and bikes. The front patio/sitting area was comfy and the grill was nice and clean.

The house was perfect for us! We brought our two dogs and appreciated the baby gates to keep them from going upstairs, and from the front door. The fenced in area was perfect also for them. And the sunsets were just amazing!!! Our favorite room was the sunroom right on the beach. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough!! We will be back, for sure! Thank you!!

This home is just perfect for us. We have 2 dogs and the owner was so accommodating and pleasant. One of the largest hurricane's to hit the East Coast unfortunately came at the beginning of our week so we delayed driving from the Philadelphia suburbs for a few days to wait it out. We arrived to great weather and then had to leave early because of a sick pup. Not the greatest vacation in the world, but, hey, when we consider the devastation in FL, our inconvenience was nothing. The home itself is just as advertised. Lots of windows facing the Delaware Bay, wonderful outdoor deck and indoor sitting room to watch the water, dolphins, & sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. We loved it and will be back next year!

Nightmare rental and nothing like the photos. Black mold in several locations on the property. That is illegal to rent in the state AND MEANS THE PROPERTY WAS NOT RENTABLE ACCORDING TO VRBO. Unusable front yard due to neglect, smoke alarms not working, that's illegal too Owner said she'd have someone come to fix them. That was a 9 day long lie. Disgusting experience!!! VBRO is supposedly finally assisting us on this complete rip off. Eligible to report property to NJ Housing and Fire Safety!

This home was lovely for an escape on the beach. The views were amazing and the home was well equipped with necessities. Communication with the owners was quick and responsive. Only issue were small ants in one of the bedrooms, and slivers from the deck railing which were minor issues at best. Having a firepit and wood provided added a nice touch on a few nights for s'mores to end the day! Able to take a quick trip over to Wildwood to enjoy the big waves for a day and into Cape May for fun window shopping, both were a quick 15-20 minute easy commute. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom worked well for my older parents as well.

Great time on the Bay!
We had a wonderful stay! The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat, especially with young kids. Our favorite spot in the house was the sunroom with the perfect view of beach and sunsets and cool breezes at night. Highly recommend!

Lovely waterfront getaway
We came for a long weekend in early spring, and the Villa offered us a wonderful getaway. The ocean is right on your doorstep, with opportunities for long walks on the beach in either direction. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, and the delightful spectacle of dolphins swimming by. The neighborhood is quiet, and the Villa is very well-appointed. Plus, it's only minutes to Cape May and all of the area's wonderful sites for birdwatching and nature walks.

Beach weekend
The layout of the house is really good for 7-8 people with 3 separate bedrooms. It is right on the beach which is always amazing. Kitchen is well supplied with cooking tools.
The nightly price is good, but all the fees add up - more than a single night stay! Just so you aren't surprised!

Family Gettogether
The renting experience was seamless. Beautiful new kitchen, although with the excellent restaurants in Cape May May not use it often. You don't have to go farther than the sunroom to have the best experience of all, nature at your fingertips! Sunrise and sunset spectacular oh, watching the dogs walk on the beach and the waves come in the best therapy for stress in your life is that porch! I had several conversations with Kim via text she is very approachable and generous! We enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful, relaxing, and quiet
We really enjoyed our stay on the tranquil side of the peninsula. Cape May being on the other side is fun to visit, but quite crowded and it was nice to make a retreat to our little refuge on the other side. And wow, you can’t get closer to the water than this! Great all around.

Just Right - Quiet, Comfortable & Cozy on the Bay
We love this place. The location is unbeatable - walk off the deck and you're on the beach! Even when the weather is poor, you can sit in the sunroom and feel like you're on the beach! Perfect for our small dog with fenced in front, back, and side yards. Can't wait to go back (again).

My Kind of 5 star vacation!!
We had an amazing time at Sunset villa! This comfortable cozy cottage does not disappoint with stunning water views. We planned on going out to dinner a few times but we had the best view in the Cape May area to enjoy spectacular sunsets and watch dolphins so we grilled or had takeout with a glass of wine while soaking up the beauty of our surroundings . Truly exceptional. We loved how quiet and uncrowded the bay was. We enjoyed kayaking and loved all the wildlife.The sunroom is fantastic! It especially came in handy when it rained or was hot and humid. We enjoyed our coffee there in the morning. It felt like the water was at your fingertips. Our pups loved it! Kim was a pleasure to deal with. You can tell she wants her guests to have a great stay. She even texted us to make sure the new cleaning service was doing a good job and I told her everything looked clean and great. We will be back! 😊

Lovely stay on the Bay
This vacation home is in a great location- right on the beach with access from the back deck. We had an unobstructed view of the beautiful nightly sunsets from the comfortable enclosed sunroom. My daughter-law loved sleeping in there and hearing the noise of the gentle waves.
The kayaks were fun for everyone. The jellyfish were a nuisance this year so not much swimming was done. Plenty of sand play and climbing on the wooden structure in the water.
The house was very comfortable and nicely designed. My only suggestion would be to freshen it up with new paint.
The sliding door to the deck is somewhat difficult to slide
open and close.
We loved the quiet and relaxing pace of Villas and had a great week.

2021 vacation
Problem with there cleaning service. I reached out to Kim she was upset that her place was not clean, kim offered to call her cleaning people and have them come to clean, i refused because we were there, we as a family did not want to work around them. Kim refunded me 400.00. The rest of our vacation was AMAZING!!! We re-booked for next year.

What a nice place to stay. Very open floor plan. And boy, what a view of the sunset! Communicating with Kim was easy -she was very responsive. She even let us know to watch for dolphins, which we did see!
