All of the staff were very pleasant, especially ISIS. She went above the norm. Enjoyed the big table for eating take out & playing games with all our family.

The pool is very small for such a high volume of guests. No ice machines on any of the levels other than 1st floor which the staff had to get it out of their break room. Housekeepers did not speak english & we don't speak Spanish, so getting items from them was pretty difficult. Oh, and only 1 elevator was working the entire 5 days & it didn't work for awhile on the 2nd day & everyone that could, had to use the stairs. It definitely needs these issues addressed. No live music for the weekend either

The set up in the hotel was very cool with bright colors and funky decor! My wife and I loved the pool table downstairs in the lobby.

In some places in the room there were some cosmetic issues. There was a tile loose in the bathroom. The faucet to the sink was too low for the sink bowl. The shower door’s seal was broken allowing water to seep out. The toilet seat was extremely low. The bed was a bit low. There were spots of blood on our sheets and we had to end up getting new sheets and remaking the bed. For some reason the bar was closed, but we didn’t come to the hotel for that reason but it also would have been nice to have had it open. Sadly there was also only 1 elevator which isn’t terrible except the one they had seemed like it needed maintenance! A few times o didn’t think we were gonna be able to get off because it was making so many noises

Property is not only extremely outdated, beds need to be replaced, leaking water in the ceiling in the room and in the hallway.

There is is no breakfast. Also, everything is so outdated and worn out. The furniture in the lobby was so stained and gross! Leaking ceiling in the hallway and in the room. Smelled like mold had to get a new room.

drain in shower was so clogged it almost flooded the bathroom, shower was not cleaned, room was super hot despite having air on, took 20 minutes to get hot water in shower

Location was great. You are close to a lot of eateries and shopping.

The room smelled stale, the Set up of the room was so weird, the refrigerator is in the bathroom. The room itself was small, not worth the money you spend at all. The mattress was filthy. The sheets accidentally came off the bed and the mattress was brown. Absolutely disgusting.

There was no breakfast . I'm not sure I would have eaten it if they had served, The building is in need of repair and it was dirty.

That the manager offered me wine for my inconvenience. The mattress was soft. The pillows were soft. There was a bible in the room. The 5th floor was quiet.

The staff's attitudes were negative and less than professional. I requested to change rooms 4 times due to the nuisance of squealing pets or the appearance of the room. There was no phone in one of the rooms, a stained comforter in another, with peeling wall papers, and dirty walls. The last room chosen, I stayed because I was just too tired. But the safety latch was broken off of the door, and the refrigerator made clicking noise all night.

There was absolutely nothing to like.

Reception was disorganized - a young boy of about 10 seemed to be running things - I am not joking; I wish I was. The rooms had no heat, were filthy and when we asked to be switched due to the heat issue, the room we were given was dirty and bed unmade. The location seems unsafe with vagrants loitering about. We left - I found somewhere else to stay.

Everything the people was nice and the room was clean.
