The stay was great, apart from 2 days where there were no kitchen or cleaning staff available (reasons unknown) so there was no room or kitchen service apart from reception. Fortunately the management put out a continental breakfast and the rooms were cleaned when staff could return. I was not upset as I know what it's like to manage a business. Apart from that the hotel is in a great location and very well kept. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk attendent was incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming! The room and bathroom were both nice and clean. Accommodated my last-minute booking to save me from a hellish hotel I had booked for the same night.

I’m quite short so the beds were difficult for me to get in. I had to stack some folded towels to step on in order to manage it.

The location was nice. The main lobby with eating area and bar was really nice. the hotel staff was amazing and friendly i think the best part of our stay. The room was clean. The outside patio areas and the pool were nice.
The hot tub wasn't working that kind of stunk. Meals were overpriced. We had to pay for breakfast if we wanted something other than a muffin. The price I saw on bookings.com was 35 less a night than what I actually paid. The front desk ended up charging my debit card on file for the room on top of bookings.com so I was double charged. But the staff was really great about fixing it. I was happy with thr way it was handled. We had a double queen standard room and it was clean. The shower wasn't great and there were no towels in our bathroom. Over all we enjoyed the stay. But i expected alittle more amenities for the price we paid.
