Internet fungerade ej ingen hjälpte till. Fönstrens gick inte att stänga som man ska. Städningen ej bra. Dörr handtag insidan toan löst så rädd för att bli inlåst

The sauna is amazing! And the location, only a few steps away from the metro, which only a station away from central station. There are a plenty of choices for food, shopping malls, etc. Even the famous church is only around 700m by foot.
The bed room is located down stairs, and there is no windows. So the air circulation is a little disturbed. There is a fan that we can use though. We were there during mid Sept. Maybe during the winter, it will make your stay warmer.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Location was incredible and all we needed was in walking distance. Apartment had all we needed.

Quite noisy i.e. sounds from the hallway and neighbours were audible. The place could use more maintenance, overall cleanliness was OK but quite a few items including doors and their handles were either already broken or will break soon.

I liked the location - downtown, close to tram stop and railway station. Sauna is very good, and price was reasonable.
I stayed with my 18yo son and had to sleep on sofa. It's uncomfortable and I expected there should be the second bed, There was no second bedsheet for me, too. And I'd like TV to have more channels there, including English speaking news channels and some Russian TV also.

Very nice flat. Great sauna room.
The sofa didn't look very clean. The metal staircase is not very comfortable.
