Большой отель, персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Завтрак был очень хороший, большой выбор и взрослым и детям. Есть бассейн, только вода была слишком бодрящая, было бы здорово если она была теплее))

Nice hotel, pretty central,next to big park. Good size rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast was also good,plenty choice. For us it was a walking distance to city centre and Linnamaki. Has a pool and sauna on a top floor,really handy if you travel with kids,there is also table tennis and a small playroom for them downstairs and playground in the park nearby. Overall perfect for short stay to explore Helsinki.
Roadworks in front of the hotel are obviously noisy and messy, although it has nothing to do with a hotel itself, but just be warned. We were on the 6th floor so it wasn't too bad if you close the window. Another thing is that there is a terrace on the 9th floor, where you can sit and enjoy the view,unfortunately was closed during our stay.

The room was very modern and updated. I appreciated that we had an extra cot that was comfortable, a Baby Dan travel crib, and a little potty all provided in our room. There was a big window with a lovely view of the park. The breakfast was very big and nice.
The shower gel in the shower in our room was empty and the pool area needed to be cleaned more because of the amount of people there. The shower gels and shampoos were all empty up there too.

Everything clean, beautiful room with great view, excellent breakfast. At the restaurant there was an area dedicate to the children which was a great advantage.
The water in the pool was rather cold.

The hotel was easily accessible from the airport. It is also conveniently located near the tram lines in the city. The hotel had a parking garage (paid service). The breakfast at the hotel is simply amazing.
The floors (both the room floor and bathroom floor) were very cold. If having heated floors is not an option, the hotel could look at providing slippers in the rooms (especially in the winter).

2. Water was collected in the bathroom and it was not pleasant

4. Housekeepers did not replace used towels with new towels. They removed the used towels, but did not replace them by new towels.
5. There were not any coffee-maker and coffee in the room, and mini bar was empty.

This hotel is good value for money. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms functional and modern. The weakness is lack of storage. The decor is not particularly attractive however the lighting makes up for the grey walls. It is a hotel that caters to families. Apparently in the high season the 523 rooms are all full and there are some 1000 guests.
The breakfast was fine, but coffee needs major improving. In a world that loves good coffee 3 out of 10.

Distance from the railway station was great. Didn’t take a long time to walk to the hotel.
