Serviço restaurante muito lento ,confuso.Nao faz jus nem com muita boa vontade ao perfil do empreendimento quer se declarar. Check out bastante inflexível, estávamos com crianças onde se demanda um pouco mais de tempo pedimos(Uma) 1hora de tolerância e foi totalmente negado.

Tratamento especial. Acomodações (mesmo a mais barata) muito aconchegante.

Clean modern accommodation. Nice beach. Donkeys everywhere.

Weird military like security. Slow check in and check out. Jacuzzi had yellow water in it. Road to the resort is terrible.

Breakfast was really good. A good selection of fruits etc and cooked foods. Great atmosphere and staff were very attentive.

Breakfast finished at 10.30 which was little early for us. 11 or 11.30 would have been better

The breakafst buffet was good. The pool and beach were closeby. The beach is a kite surfers paradise.

The location is not what we look for in any stay and especially a long stay which we were considering for the future. The immediate surrounding area had very little to offer in the way of alternative restaurants / bars. If you like kite surfing then this is the place to be but we are way past that option. The resort is still a building site and will be for a number of years. Our accommodation was too close to a line of wind turbines.

it is not a 5 start place. 4 star yes, but it has a lot to improve to be a 5 start place. dislikes: it does not have a security/safe box, it does not have iron/ironing board, it does not have bed night tables nor lamps near the bed, so you can not read in bed or if you have to go get up in the middle of the night you are in total darkness, it has a grill/bbq but no grill utensils, so I guess you have to use your hands or improvise. Also the grill is too small so you can only cook for 2 people but it is a 4 persons house

The house was clean, comfortable and well designed

The place is lost in the middle of a windmill farm. There's nothing close by and the view is terrible.

there aren’t an easy way to get there, I believe the hotel should offer transfer to its guests or have partnerships with other transfers. luckily they truly helped me with this, but I felt it’s not an infra structure they possess

It’s new and the architecture is nice, spacious and clean.

The drive to there is with dirt roads. Waze showed me into a dead end sand road but Google showed the correct way. The resort is unfinished (they just started), there are no signs inside the resort only for the reception but not for the restaurant or how to get out. One time we tried to go out and Google took us 15 minutes into a dead end in the windmills at night. During Sunday in the last lap of the Formula 1 race the power cut out. Internet also keeps failing. It’s best to drive from the restaurant to the beach and then to Guajiru on the beach. Our apartment was with the windows to the wind and doesn’t really close, making it hard to sleep because if the screaming noise the wind makes around the building and through the door.

Very good travel! The staff are very polite and attentives!

The shower was giving me some shock when i opened the valve and the air conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the room and the living room, but these details did not bother me to much, and my trip was perfectly.

The place is brand new. In fact, it's not finished yet. The location is really beautiful and the welcome drink was lovely. The checkin could be faster. They are concerned about Covid, but the procedures are basic. The beach is super nice and the pool is clean. I could stay again, but I'd choose a room closer to the beach. The wifi connection could be better, but I think in the near future they fix it.

Breakfast was delicious. So many options, the staff was very kind and helpful. The room, pool area, and beach all very clean, safe, and beautiful.

The main facility area is a timeshare sales center. Pool was small and doesn’t have any lights at night. Room shows a ton of wear and tear already. Shower pressure was so low. Towel had a hole in it.
