On the day of departure, the cleaning lady woke us up at 8:15 a.m. She was knocking on the door and trying to get into the room. She wanted to know when we were leaving. But check-out was at 10:00 a.m.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations, we could choose from coffees as well as different croissants or other sweets. Overall, the value of this accommodation is good for the price, it was clean, the staff was nice, and the neighbourhood seemed absolutely safe, we were not stressed about walking home late from the city center.

The location is roughly 30min walk away from the central train station, but we were expecting that, so it's not really a problem because closer accommodations can be found in a higher price range.

The room was good and of a good size. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped and very large for European standards. WiFi was fine. The room had coffee and water (but you were supposed to put one Euro in a box for each). The breakfast was at a location "nearby". I guess it must feel nearer depending on the season you get. We got winter. The breakfast was coffee and cornetto and, as announced, any additional was not included (I am not sure if you could ask for some eggs, for example, as we did not see anybody having ones in 5 days. I think it is a cultural thing, Italians seem to have pastry for breakfast). A couple of bus lines have stops one block from the apartment and take you directly to downtown. It is a nice, clean neighborhood. I would recommend it. No doubt.

Heating is programmed to go on/off at certain times. We were no in the room during the day, while heating was off, but it is something to be aware of. On the other hand, parking in the surrounding streets is not easy to find, but Gaetano, the owner, gave us a tip about one dead-end street some 3 blocks away where you would find spots almost always. Some appliances in the kitchen were out of order.

Very nice and clean apartment, the check-in was very easy and convenient. The terrace was amazing to have a cup of coffee while listening to the sound of birds!

The surroundings are a bit noisy at night

We had the most wonderful stay at Tanzi Home. The room was lovely and had a spacious balcony. Although the balcony faced the city, the view was quite nice as the flat is positioned high above nearby buildings. The room service came everyday to make up the room. Importantly, if you want more privacy or a longer sleep, you can put up a sign and skip the room service for the day. The location of Tanzi Home is quite alright. We did not have any trouble getting to the city centre by bus, the trip takes only 15 minutes. We really liked the breakfast: cornetto + coffee of choice. One can also use the option to enlarge the meal with an English-like breakfast for additional 5 €. We tried it several times and it was freshly made and delicious. Moreover, the staff at Bar Moderno was especially kind and welcoming. They really looked after us and we loved chatting with them. All in all, we highly recommend you to choose Tanzi Home for your stay in Bari!

It would be great if we could have an iron for everyday use.

It is a very clean and modern room(Shabby room). The breakfast included is a Croissant of choice and Cappuccino or Orange juice, these things are just delicious at Bar Moderna(A big bakery). For an extra 5 euro you will get a bigger breakfast, but that is not a must. Per total it was really a pleasure to stay at Tanzi home. Ps: modern apartment with phone access, just pressed the buttons on my phone and get in. (Tech guys like me will like it)

At Shabby room it is a little window balcony, I prefer a bigger one but this was not a huge problem. :)

There is a bus stop near the accomodation and you can get easily to the center, beach or train station. It’s nice to have breakfest with local people. The owner hasn’t got problem with our wishes and he is prepared to help.

The rooms were perfectly clean and spacious. The furniture and the appliances were of excellent quality and amazing comfort!

the property was very very clean, with good staff.Everyone was friendly. The location is perfect, not far from city, there are bus stops in the area that takes you straight forward to city centre but also you can rent scooters to go.

Free parking on the street.. Very calm and quiet district. Supermarket close to apartment. Several restaurants and bars nearby. Very good and fast wi-fi.

Water in a shower changes constantly from cold to hot. Breakfast was included in the price, but you get only coffee and croissant, which was very tasty though. You could get eggs and bacon for additional 5 EUR.

Clean and fairly spacious.

Terribly squeaky bed mattress. The sound of the mattress will wake you up in the middle of the night. Online check-in was quite complicated. Temperamental shower - it kept on spontaneously changing water temperature to either very hot or very cold. It was impossible to use the communal kitchen - fridge, cooker were all marked as out of service, possibly on purpose, but there wasn't even a kettle to boil some water for tea.

The location was very clean and the furniture quite new.

It has only a french balcony which is useless.It is 2 km away from Bari centrale, quite far.It is situated at the 7th floor.

The room was small but roomy. The destination is quite far from the center but you can reach the tourist area by bus in max 15-20min. Excellent breakfast especially the one that costs 5€ extra.

In the near bar , good one - typical italian . Perfect cappuchino and corneto . Very innovate and usefull virtual key and safe :)

Gaetano is wonderful-always available tp help and provide infomation, very kind and gentle. The rooms are very pretty and very clean. I enjoyed the stay there very much!

Breakfast and coffee in the near coffee houses were OK (i recommend going to christina bakery), go early if you want something tasty. Remote check in is very useful and easy! Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.

Very loudy rooms and balconies, (you can hear a lot from your neighbours), shared balcony lights with the other rooms.

It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful.

It was 3 km away from the old town.

Indeed, the local for serving breakfast is very close. The coffee and a wide variety of cornettos to be chosen; however, the message from the host about the opening hours is misleading, as the local is open earlier than from 7am so you can grab a coffee on your way back to the airport for the very early flight :) The location is ok - approx. 20 min walk straight line to the Central Station; nearby quite a few nice local restaurants, not too many groceries though, there is one corner shop near the hotel where you can get water at least (and wine as well):) Room was clean, equipped with basic cosmetics and a hair dryer, minibar filled with stacks and drinks for 1eur each.

There is a common kitchen but there is no working microwave or any oven to heat the food, fridge (all out of service). Probably due to sanitary reasons.

The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and it was not needed to meet the host. The room was spacious, clean and the location was easily reachable - it took us approximately 25 minutes from the train station to reach to it. The breakfast included in the price contained one coffee and one croissant, which were both good.

We would have appreciated a more consistent breakfast.
