Our family of five enjoyed our family vacation in Winter Park. The set up of the condo was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room & bathroom. The large couch was ideal for visiting or watching a show. The kitchen was small but well stocked and had everything we needed. The high top table was great for family meals and games. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the slopes.
The two car garage was fantastic. The location is ideal. So close to restaurants, the ski resort, tubing hills and grocery stores. We had a little trouble regulating the heat in the main level of the condo. We ended up turning off the heat and opening windows and doors to cool the main level down. The bedrooms were comfortable. The downstairs bedroom was chilly. We let the property managers know & they sent someone out with a space heater which worked great. The maintenance crew will address the heat issues in the downstairs bedroom. The property managers were incredibly responsive. We will definitely be back!

This 4 BR condo was perfect for our week-long Holiday ski trip for two couples each with 2 children. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The two car garage made getting geared up for skiing each morning easy. The location is ideal as you are a short 5 minute walk from the heart of downtown Winter Park. You are also just a few hundred feet from the Red and Yellow "Lift" lines or you can walk about 300 yards out to the main road and catch a bus every 10 minutes or so. Really, if you cannot afford to stay on the mountain this is the next best thing. The kids enjoyed the XBOX and the adults enjoyed the gas fireplace and freshly cleaned and spacious hot tub that is literally on the back patio. Likewise, the unit is tastefully decorated with skiers in mind. The ski rack in the garage holds 8 skis & poles and the garage ceilings are high enough to park a car with a ski rack on top. During our stay we did notice some water leaking around the furnace but WP Lodging sent someone over promptly and is arranging to have the furnace repaired. There were really only two small issues. First, it was difficult to regulate temperatures in the bedrooms. The living room and kitchen area would hover around 80 degrees while the bedrooms would hover around 65 degrees. We tried all sorts of things but never had much success regulating temperatures. Second, the entry way gets pretty crowded with all the shoes and coats. You should be prepared to utilize the spacious garage for getting ready to go out as a group.

The house was perfect. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. The large wrap around couch was perfect for all of us to stretch out on at night, after a long day of skiing. All of the amenities were as described or better. We'll definitely be back.

Our family had an awesome vacation in this property. Everything was as listed. The house was great. Fully stocked and so conveniently located. We were even allowed early entrance to the house since we were there by 10am and it was freezing cold. I understand this may not be possible every time but it was a blessing for us. The lift was a perfect added bonus to all our runs to the mountain and Fraser outings since we did not rent a car for this trip because we researched that everything was so closed by. Can’t wait to come back!!! Thanks for having us.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home had tons of space for our entire group to be comfortable and the shuttle stop is conveniently located a few steps from the front door. We would definitely stay here again!

We went here on a friends ski trip and had a blast. The rooms are wonderful and the hot tub was great. We loved the extra large couch and really enjoyed the WFH space with the standing guest. Right near Pepe Osaka's and close to the WP shuttle.

Lots of stairs - but ok as Grandma and Grandpa stayed on the first level. A few things could be upgraded - a more expensive brand of toilet paper would be great - along with Kleenex (or other boxed tissues in the bathrooms). Also we could not find a salt and pepper shaker anywhere in the kitchen? Maybe we missed it. We felt the fireplace left a bit to be desired - not warm and glowing - barely any flame to enjoy.
We loved that the three main bedrooms had king-sized beds - great!

We had 4 adult couples. Plenty of room. Well equipped with kitchen, games, TV. I would recommend this condo. I would look into a new shower head in both bedrooms upstairs.

Great place to stay
The condo was wonderful - clean, in excellent shape and quiet. Winterpark Lodging was so easy to work with. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions and made everything so easy. We will definitely recommend the company to others and plan to use them again ourselves.

Great Winter Park location
Lots of space right in the middle of town. 10 minute drive max to resort parking. Kids walked to the park area for open sledding. The hot tub was fun too out in the snow.

Great stay!
This house had everything you could need for a weekend winter trip. Location is ideal for walking to local restaurants, and also a short drive away from the mountain. Heated 2 car garage was also quite nice. Plenty of room for groups.

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful family Christmas vacation here. The property management company was very communicative. We got a ton of snow and they did a great job of clearing the roads and plowed our drive way. The hot tub did have an issue at the end of our stay. They couldn’t get it fixed before we left but they did get someone out there to try & fix it the same day. The owner put up a Christmas tree for us and everything. Highly recommend this property.

Great property and location
The property was very comfortable. We had a few teens and a few toddlers. The mid-floor bedrooms were perfect for the family with the little ones and the basement bunk room worked perfect for the teens. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had adequate cookware and dishes to make all our meals. The grill worked great too. Lots of good walks right from the condo to walk our pup. Great stay! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is perfect for a family visit and we appreciate the pet friendly policy. It is very well equipped with everything needed for our short stay. We love the location - walking distance to everything and easy access to bike trails. Love the private hot tub. Our party removed our shoes as requested on the ground floor, but looks like not all guests do not do the same and the carpet was looking a tad dirty.

This was our family's first stay at this property. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and immediately felt like "home." The location was perfect (tucked into the woods behind Hideaway Park). Shopping, eating, hanging out in the park, are all within walking distance. The two car garage was a plus, as we usually travel separately, and parking is often an issue. For families with babies-small children, the stairs were a challenge, but we found a small folding table in the closet that doubled nicely as a baby gate. We will definitely consider staying again!

Close and Convenient
Unit was big enough to accommodate our group of 7, well-stocked with all we needed, and the location was perfect! Nice trail for wildlife viewing, Hideaway Park for sledding, distillery, McDonalds, brewery, and shopping right around the corner. We had a blast!

Great location in town. Easy walking to many popular restaurants and activities. Private hot tub is a bonus during these Covid times when so many community hot tubs/pools are closed. Large bedrooms with 3-king beds worked great for our group.

Awesome Location & Pet Friendly!
We came to Winter Park for a mid-week stay in Septemeber (awesome time to be in town) and loved everything about our stay! This townhome has a great location and you can walk to everything downtown has to offer, no need to drive at all. This would be a great place to stay for festivals at the park! We were also able to bring our dog Jack which was so great since pet-friendly is so rare these days. Inside the townhome was perfection. Room for the kids to spread out and play and we loved the private hot tub. Beds were really comfortable and we loved sleeping with the windows open. This townhome had everything we needed for our quick trip and we can't wait to come back!
