Great stay. The place is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The view of the golf course is beautiful from the master bedroom and porch. We had a little problem upon arriving and noticing a little cleaning issue. However, the host were very responsive and took care of the matter immediately. I would love to stay here again with my family.

We recently stayed at this property, and our experience exceeded our expectations in every way. I was extremely impressed on how clean the overall place was, especially the main floors. The location was fantastic and very convenient to the beach and local stores. The instructions provided for check-in were clear and concise, making it easy to settle in. This is our first time at Pili Mai, and we loved it here. We have visited Poipu many times and hope to return to this unit. It was comfortable, quiet, light-filled, and had beautiful views of the golf course and beyond with a peekaboo view of the ocean. We admired the intelligent architectural design, and we were surprised how private it felt, even though this is a large development. We slept great, enjoyed the kitchen and dining area and were able to relax deeply between excursions. We kept the unit comfortable without needing the air conditioning by utilizing cross breezes. The swimming pool is close and nicely laid out. It is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Kiahuna beach. Several nice restaurants are even closer. There is convenient grocery shopping in Koloa.
The Lanai was smaller than expected and not as private as we had hoped.

This home was perfect for our little family of four. With a short walk to the amazing pool, the sunset views of the peaceful golf course, and the ocean in the distance, our only complaint is the 4 am chicken wake-up calls, lol. We did not want to leave and would love to come back.

This is a very nice unit. It has a beautiful view and is well supplied . We just happened to have an issue with the air conditioning unit not working. The owner was very responsive and tried to get it repaired. Unfortunately, that did not happen until the last day of our stay however, that was not the owners fault. The other thing I would mention is that there are quite a few stairs to manage. If someone has an issue with stairs, this would not be the best choice for them. You have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the front door and then there are 14 stairs with two landings to get to the master bedroom. Not a problem for me….But could be for others. It is within walking distance of Kiahuna Beach and also, one of my favorite restaurants, Keoki’s Paradise is within walking distance.

Such a great location. Wonderful open air view from all the windows over the golf course, with the ocean viewable in the far distance. The pool was fun, and the exercise gym was clean and well equipped. Note that you are next to a golf course, so you will hear the occasional early morning lawnmower. Also, the balcony isn't that big - room for 2 sitting chairs and 2 standing chairs, but thats it. The unit itself is clean, well decorated and has good amenities, including a good washing machine and dryer. But maybe the wide open expansive views from the unit over the golf course was our favorite part.

This condo was so beautiful! The living room and dining room look out on the golf course and you can even see the ocean in the distance out on the left. The lanai was perfect for drinking morning coffee.
The kitchen was beautiful and had more than we needed. The downstairs king bed and bathroom was perfect for my teen son. The upstairs has a loft bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for my daughter and offered nice light with windows facing the golf course. You do have to walk through this bedroom to get to the master. The master was lovely with big windows facing the golf course and the master bath was huge. The sheets and blankets were all high quality. If you love AC your will love the central air in this unit. Onsite pool is lovely and the grounds of Pili Mai are gorgeous- you really feel like you are in paradise. Parking for the unit is a breeze. It was so nice to have boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs to use.
The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Perfect location in Poipu- we've been many times and I would come back to this condo without hesitation! Thank you!

This condo was more spacious than i thought! Two good-sized rooms and an additional loft space with twin beds. Way too much space for my little family of 3 but my parents were staying at another Pili Mai condo and we wanted to be close. Check in was very easy, Jeff sent the code to the door a few days prior. I would be lying if I said everything was perfect, however. Upon check in we discovered the unit wasn't completely clean. Some beds were unmade and towels were still in the laundry. I sent Jeff photos of the unit and he got right on it! He had a cleaning team there in under an hour and we were back in the place a couple hours later.
After the little snafu we enjoyed everything about this place. Mahalo Jeff!

We had a lovely time staying at this unit, great location within Poipu and near our favourite beaches, golf course views were fantastic with the ocean in the distance. The unit was comfortably to stay in with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. We really appreciated the garage full of beach chairs and boards. The resort grounds are well maintained and the pool area was nice and quiet. Highly recommend and will consider for next visit. Mahalo

The complex is also well maintained and we enjoyed the pool area during our down time from visiting other parts of the island or beach days. They also provide everything you would need for those beach days which made it feel just like at home. The check in/out process couldn't be any easier and Jeff was very responsive with any communication.

Simply Paradise
The property is a paradise. The amazing views of the golf course, pond and ocean provides the perfect scenery. One bedroom and bathroom downstairs, master bedroom and bathroom upstairs, along with a loft bedroom.
Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and a starter kit. Plenty of room to sit. TV’s in every room with HULU and Netflix.
Location is a short walk to the beach. Close to Old Koloa and other shops.
Jeff is very responsive. He provided information priori to our trip and was helpful if we needed anything. We have been to Kauai 9 times and will definitely book this unit again.

Spacious, well-equipped and beautiful. We enjoyed everything about the stay. Perhaps the biggest upside was having access to a personal garage - very convenient considering we had a convertible and golf clubs. Was disappointing that the lanai was unusable the duration of our stay due to maintenance - scaffolding and ladders everywhere. Would have been nice to have had advance notice about that but overall very happy with this choice.

We enjoyed our visit. Very clean, well stocked. Beach equipment was a wonderful addition. Everything we wanted was here. Quiet area with great view of the golf course. Noisy roosters but they are everywhere on the island!!
