The house was large very roomy and very comfortable. I loved the garage and the full washer and dryer. The location was close to the strip but away from the hectic crowds. It did have a hot tub which unfortunately we did not have time to use because of all of the excursions we had booked and the extremely hot weather in Las Vegas. It did however look very appealing. The back yard was very nice to sit and relax. One of things I look at for properties is how comfortable the furniture and beds are, and this property did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was as advertised. It was the 2nd time i have stayed with this listing. The couple of little things that did come up were handled very quickly. Communication throughout tge entire week was terrific! Will probably stay again when we come back.

Very clean house in good neighborhood. Even the barbecue was sparkling clean. The host was very responsive and checked a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. Back yard was a great place to unwind or just enjoy a cup of coffee in well kept lawn furniture. We will be looking for this listing on our next trip.

We absolutely loved the landscaping on this property, which was the reason for our selection. The serene grounds helped us relax and meditate. We came for a memorial service and really needed the peaceful retreat. Cecile was great and cheerful which helped a lot.
There is a barbecue and a hot tub as well but we just weren’t interested in that. We did a lot of catching up with family and friends so really didn’t spend a lot of our time at the house.

Great location home has the right number of bedrooms for our group with comfortable beds. A billiard room on the loft and a poker table in the living room was a bonus. Plenty of amenities for all and a fully stocked kitchen.

We spent Christmas weekend here, and couldn’t have imagined a more luxurious, cozy, well appointed and Convenient home away from home. Four bedrooms, 3 full baths, games rooms and gorgeous open kitchen with everything you’d ever need. Clean and spacious. We were extremely pleased and plan to return next year. Cecile was incredibly communicative and easy to work with. If you’re looking to rent the best possible family place, this is it! It’s also close to everything, including the South Pointe casino. Quiet neighborhood, and lovely landscaping, private yard and hot tub!

We stayed here because we were in town for my oldest son's wedding. The house was perfect for us. It gave us the room we needed and we were able to cook a few meals for the family. The hot tub was set a little too high initially. We were able to adjust it down and it was fine. The bed in the master bedroom was different in that it had a round padded area around the bed which made it a little more difficult to get in and out of the bed. The pool table was fun to have. Overall we enjoyed the home and it was exceptional.

House was very spacious and inviting! Loved using the hot tub after walking around all day. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the pool table upstairs and even card table downstairs. Great big kitchen so everyone can move around. Can't wait to return!!

Things were good here. Clean, as described, and a great space for four individuals. Internet/Wifi was good, reliable, and fast. The backyard seating was very pleasant and well maintained. The other common areas were large and good for groups, especially the loft. Would definitely stay again.

We we first reserved this house it seemed too good to be true for it's vlaue. The house is very spacious and each bedroom set up is perfect. It is near by so many food and shopping options and has a hot tub!
The kitchen and laundry room reasonably well appointed and the extra bonus of a pool table area.
The owners were very easy to reach and checkin and checkout were very efficient.

The house was lovely! Very clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable. I slept like a baby which I don't normally do unless I'm in my own bed. The house was located just a short 20min drive from the strip. Everything was easily accessible. Will likely stay here next time I'm in town if it is available. Would recommend!

Host was awesome. House is great, big, and has lots of amenities and room for several people. It was really nice to have a home away from home and away from the strip while we were there for a friend's wedding.

We had an excellent stay at this property! From beginning to end, the communication with the owner was great and the spacing of the home was perfect for our group size. Everyone had their own space and we never felt crowded. It looks even better than the pictures depict. It’s also in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is a welcome relief from the Vegas strip. We will definitely be staying here anytime we’re in Las Vegas again.

We had a wonderful time and Cecile was a gracious host who checked in to be sure we had everything we needed and was flexible with our checkin and check out times which we really appreciated! My family was there for my nieces graduation and we needed a 4 bedroom house for everyone. All the beds are king beds and they were very comfortable. There was a lot of spacious room to spread out and we had a fun game day which inched poker and blackjack at the poker table and pool upstairs. The house is beautifully decorated and the outdoor patio was great to hang out as the grounds are quite lovely! It was my elderly Mothers first time staying at a VRBO home and she enjoyed Cecile's home so much she said she didn't want to leave! Highly recommend a stay here! A few other items to note the home is close to the airport which is great and not far from the strip as well!

The house had all the essentials you could need at a rental. Plenty of space for everyone and overall a great house to hangout.
The host checked in once to see how our stay was going, but wasn't intrusive at all. Very responsive and easy to communicate with.
A huge bonus was that there was very little requested to do at checklist. So many rentals it feels like you're expected to clean the place and then they still charge an outrageous cleaning fee- not the case here!

The hoist is awesome and the house was perfect. Everything you would need is in the kitchen. The house was extremely cleaned and well supplied. Hot tub was awesome and the pool table and poker table came in handy often. The hoist once again was caring and on top of everything. I travel a lot and this is a perfect property at a great location and price. Don’t be afraid to use this hoist and property.
