Esta lujosa casa lejos de casa es muy moderna pero muy acogedora. Dos pisos, tres habitaciones. Todas las habitaciones tienen camas King, tendrá una gran noche de sueño garantizada. The house was great. Quiet neighborhood, close to stores and the stadium. Very clean, comfy beds and had all the comforts of home! Would definitely recommend!

Me and two friends came out to Vegas to play poker for 17 days. We wanted to find a place we could stay that was relatively close to the strip (20 minute drive) but was also in a safe neighborhood.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath place was perfect. Although it's small (in terms of square footage), it had everything we needed. It had a large refrigerator/freezer (ice maker), with an oven, microwave, coffee pot and plenty of glassware and silverware (although a few more teaspoons would have been nice). It had a washer/dryer, ironing board & iron (which came in handy since I didn't pack 17 days worth of clothes). It even had a grill outside (although we never considered grilling, it was 113 degrees on June 30).
When we arrived, we had trouble getting both TVs to work. I texted the owner and they were both fixed within 24 hours (needed new cable boxes). We were at the Casino most of the day, but a few times, we got back early (by 6 pm) and we did watch TV those evenings. The TVs did have capability to access apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. but unfortunately only the cable box remotes were on site (we needed the actual TV remotes to access the apps), but I always bring my HDMI cable so I was able to watch some Amazon Prime once I connected my laptop to the TV via HDMI cable.
There is grocery, restaurants, gas, etc. all within a mile. South Point Casino is about 2 miles away.
The neighborhood is safe. I walked 3-4 miles every morning (before it got too hot).

The house was clean, beds were comfortable, great location, and overall a pleasure to stay at. There were a few things that were going on. The A/C seemed to have a mind of it's own. We would go to sleep with it at 72 and wake up and it would be in the 50's. The other issue was in one bedroom the lights kept coming on in the middle of the night and in the master bedroom the tv would come on in the middle of the night. Other than that it was good stay.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a home away from home experience in a great quite community. The owner was very accommodating in providing detailed and accurate instructions on all the necessary vital information regarding directions, property entrance, security, and basic house rules.

Our stay suited us just OK. The home was mostly clean, there was some dirty tissues left on top of the bathroom sink in master that the housekeeper forgot. When we arrived, the house was very cold with no heat on, probably 50 degrees. It heated up in about an hour but the temp between upstairs bedrooms and downstairs temperature distribution is off, being that it felt too cold downstairs but too hot upstairs. As another reviewer mentioned, not in owner control there was a barking dog next door, but it did not go on into the night. We bought groceries including freezer food and discovered the next morning that the freezer and fridge were off and everything was melted (even thought the lights in the fridge were on). We were there Super Bowl weekend, which we paid a premium. However, there was no coffee, sweetener or cream as most accommodations provide, which I would recommend as a convenience to the guest. There was a kuerig, which worked fine after we bought the supplies. Also, the towels and sheets need refreshing but appeared clean. Not sure we would stay again due to the proximity of the strip, 20 min or 30 with traffic. Overall an adequate stay but expected more for the price we paid. It was a cute townhouse.

We rented this property to visit with our son, who lives in Henderson, for Thanksgiving. The location was perfect for us, only 6 minutes from his house. The 6 of us were very comfortable. The beds and pillolws were great! There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked.

The accommodations were excellent. The home was clean and was well stocked with the basics. Very convenient location to the south point casino.However , the neighborhood is filled with barking dogs. Unfortunately, the owner has no control over it. And that stubborn bedroom light keeps coming on all by itself.

Property's location was also very convenient to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, general shopping. Beds were excellent as was AC. Kitchen was a bit sparse though had adequate items for casual/light meals...not a problem if dining out. Marika was definitely available by text and responded quickly as needed. I would rate this stay more than 5 stars if I could. The beds were very comfortable. Three large beds to fits three larger guys. Near almost everything. No more than a 15 min ride to the strip. Easy access when checking. WiFi and cable was top tier. I would definitely book this property if I’m ever in Vegas again.

The property was very clean and centrally located for where we needed to be. The only issue that we had is that one of the ceiling lights in the front bedroom nearest the bath kept coming on at 4:10 am. It was also very hot in that room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there.

The house itself was in a great location just east of Southpoint casino which was perfect for our stay. The property is very easy to locate and the house is very clean and well kept up. Will definitely look to use this property again on future trips!

Loved This Property
This was one of the best VRBO properties, I have vacationed at, so far. Location is 10 minutes from the strip, in an new subdivision. Three very comfortable king beds, which are a must for my family. The home is more modern than what the pictures show, (LVT Flooring throughout, Nest thermostat, etc.) Entry was easy, and the host was very responsive.
