excellent facilities

Location. Walking distance to the beach and tourist train into town. Modern accommodation.

Master bedroom converted to 3 single beds, but there is no door on the ensuite. very expensive. it was approximately $4,500 for a week in January 2021, then increased by $2,000 the following year!!

Location was great, only a 5min drive out of town! House itself was beautiful and had everything we needed and more!

The only negative was the construction site next door. Made for a horrible alarm clock and with the poor weather - We had no choice other than to endure drilling into the shared wall all day long. Disappointing for the price we paid, would have probably opted for another location if we knew of the construction site when booking.

The house was more than we expected, it was exceptional! Amazing location! Staff were great and responsive!

Not being told where the lockbox was located was a minor problem at the start.

We came here after our wedding and my husband strayed here the night before. It was the perfect place for Pre wedding groom photos. It had the best entertaining area with the open plan and extended room downstairs and the pool is amazing. There is so much at the house and it feels so Lux! We were flooded in and were able to extend our stay at really late notice. The hosts were incredible and so friendly and flexible. Will definitely stay again and book with the Perfect Stay. We stayed here and Barrel and Branch and both were amazing!!
