The apartment was clean, well equipped to cook by yourself, and the bed was comfy. Simona is such a nice, kind, and helpful host. The location was very good , you can move around to all the important attractions in the city centre .If I'd come to Bologna again , i will definitely stay here again.

We loved the apartment. It was clean and cozy and the location was awesome. The kitchen is not really set up for cooking but it was fine for making breakfast, tea and coffee, and heating up leftovers for lunch. It was great having a dishwasher. Bed and water pressure were excellent. It was too cold to use the outdoor space but it looked really cute. Our host was lovely and helpful.

We have no complaints! It is not a place to cook large meals or entertain guests. For a couple it is perfect.

The apt was comfortable with a private garden space. It was a short 10 minute walk to the sights of central Bologna and about 15 to the central train station. There were lots of good restaurants close by, including a market with fresh fruit and vegetables. I definitely recommend staying at this apt. The host, Simona, was very helpful and welcoming.

A delightful apartment, in an excellent location, quite, clean and comfortable, with a lovely patio. Simona was so helpful and kind. Really a place that makes you feel home away from home.

Simone met us when we arrived and helped us get settled in. Great location, very centrally located with a market nearby where we could buy fresh fruit and cheeses. A classy start to a wonderful couple of days in Bologna.

Excellent accommodation. Fantastic location - right in the centre, but extremely quiet in the apartment - didn’t hear any street noise. Our first impression was spacious and better than the photos. Simona was a fabulous host, from first contact to last, and emailing us during the visit to check how we were going. She explained everything clearly, and a map of Bologna centre was provided, which is such a help on your first day in a city/town. The basic supplies were provided eg. sugar coffee, salt pepper. Simona also provided a small range of snacks, and fruit juice and water to get us going, which was really appreciated. Being in the city there are bars, shops, cafes, restaurants just minutes from the apartment, and about 10 minutes walk to the central city piazza under the cover of Bologna’s wonderful colonnades, with plenty to look at on the way. Small supermarket about 5 minutes and the large supermarket about 10 or so minutes walk. We also walked to and from the train station. Apartment was easy to locate. The courtyard garden was fabulous space. We loved it here, and Bologna. Would happily recommend apartment to family and friends.

Amazing location… just a 5-minute walk to main square and 2-3 minutes from market area. Location felt safe and there were always plenty of people around in the evening. Flat was spotless… incredibly clean and everything felt modern and fresh. Coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch and the patio was fab - very private even though internal and peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, very nicely furnished small apartment, with an adorable patio. The owner is lovely and very easy to work with and always available. Excellent location, about 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore.

There was an issue with the toilet that I’m sure will be fixed. It would be nice if there were tissues and paper towel (for use in the kitchen).

Complimentary tea, biscuits, water and juice. Nice little patio outside. Thank god for the air conditioning as well.

Nice appartement in the city center with a terras. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hostess was very friendly!

Location was excellent and short distance from train station

I was traveling with two friends and we had a great stay in the apartment. The roof terrace is wonderful and the apartment is clean and big enough for three persons. Location is also convenient.

The place was sparkling. The host had better covid precautions than I would have set up for myself. Very easy to communicate with the host!

Windows only opened on one side, so the room was a bit stuffy (but the AC worked very well!).

Everything perfect and Simona was very nice and helpfull. We’ll come back always to Bologna Central Apartment

The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. It had a unique and beautiful garden terrace. The location was just minutes away from the commercial part of Bologna and a great market; a bit further for the historic area. It’s a great and fun city.

The lobby area is dark and forbidding, but that is part of the entire apartment building. There is a step after the lift that is hard to see, so it would be easy to fall there.
