Very easy, Giuseppina met us at the property early so we could store the bags and go out sightseeing. She was kind enough to help with advice and booked restaurants for us that she knew were nearby and had good vegetarian options

Spacious modern apartment which offers great comfort. An outdoor terrace is an extra bonus in this central location. And the location is perfect for exploring Bolognas center. Since it is in a little side street it is quiet at night. We arrived by car and our hosts, Guiseppina and Marco, reserved a spot in the garage under the building (direct access from the garage to the apartment and the permit to enter the ZTL; extra cost for the garage and permit). Guiseppina went out of her way to make our stay a very pleasant one. Highly recommended

Amazing design apartment in the very heart of the city. Very quiet despite central position. All rooms are very spacious and full of natural light. Fully equipped for long stays (kitchen and laundry facilities). possibility to park in the building (extra cost).

The flat was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. Loved the outside terrace. The hosts Guiseppa and her husband Marco were very helpful and so welcoming and really went out of their way to help and make us comfortable. Received a list of all recommendations in Bologna which was so helpful. I would definitely come visit again.

This is a gorgeous flat in a brilliant location just five minutes from the centre of Bologna. It has everything you need and more besides! Giuseppina and Marco are incredibly thoughtful and welcoming hosts, and went the extra mile to make our stay as easy as possible. They booked us a brilliant restaurant on our first night, and were very helpful throughout. It was just a shame we were only here for two nights! The beds are comfy and the aircon works, the terrace is beautiful (hard to believe you're in a major city), and there were even toys for the kids and a firestick to watch Netflix etc (we used our home login). There's literally nothing bad I can say about this place and we hope to be back soon!

The all apartment is just perfect, confortable bed, big sized rooms, with a nice terrace. Perfect location and private underground parking on site, 25eur per day but worth it. Giuseppina was very accomodating with our arrival and departure times. Much appreciated.

Best Location you can find in Bolognia! Big rooms and a lovely terrace with flowers! The owner suggest us the best places to eat and drink. The parking for the car was in the same building. I feel like i was home! Grazie Gusepina! Grande Abbraccio

This second floor immaculate two bed/two bath Apartment was very spacious, perfect for our family of four, and amazingly quiet for its very central location. The photos for the property on the Booking.com website do not do the outside terrace/balcony justice; in the sunshine this is a lovely outside sitting space. The location could not be better, being situated on a side street just off the main shopping street and within 5-10 minutes walk of Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers. The owners, Giuseppina and Marco, could not have been more helpful, being available all the time by WhatsApp to ensure that we had a great and stress-free stay in Bologna, including arranging a taxi to take us back to the airport and to book restaurants if needed.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is safe, very clean and very spacious with comfortable beds. Airconditioning everywhere. Every room has its own bathroom. The big sunny terrace is fantastic. The location is perfect in the center and all shopping and central station easy to reach by foot. (not more then 10mins) Taxi from the airport is only 20€ Our host Giuseppina is the most wonderful host we ever met. Always a smile. She helps arranging everything you want. I would highly recommend to ask her to book restaurants. She knows all the good restaurants and she really made our holiday one of the best ever. Thank you Giuseppina! We will be back. Ciao.

The apartment is fantastic, it has plenty of space and is in a great location. The terrace is an added bonus. Giuseppina is a wonderful host who went out of her way to ensure our visit to Bologna was a success including recommending many activities and places to eat, she booked a number of restaurants for us all of which were excellent and arranged the taxi back to the airport. I would recommend this apartment and if I return to Bologna would book it again.

On arrival at the property we were greeted by the owner Giuseppina. She was warm and friendly and gave us lots of advise on restaurants etc in the area. The apartment far exceeded our expectations with everything you would need for a long or short stay. The outdoor terrace was a wonderful addition for dining or sitting out in the evening. The apartment was so centrally located in the old town. Everything was within waking distance. There are lovely restaurants within minutes of the apartment including Italian Indian and Chinese,all of which were wonderful. Don't get me started on the pastry shops, one better than the next. We spend four wonderful days in Bologna. Its such a beautiful city with plenty to do and see, from bars, restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. On the day of our departure Giuseppina came to see us off and went out of her way to organise a taxi for us to go to the airport. She was so kind. We look forward to a return visit. 10 /10 for Bologna.... 11/10 for the Apartment and Giuseppina.

Great appartment! Two lovely rooms with comfortable beds and each their own bathroom. Ideal for a stay with 4 people, a family, a group of friends... The kitchen is spotless and very well equipped for cooking (supermarkets and a very nice bakery close by). Large terrace, and really quiet location during the night (at least in winter when no aircos were on). The appartment is in a super central location - every part of the city is within walking distance. The owner was welcoming and responsive in case of questions or problems. She arranged a taxi for us on the day we left. No would surely book again!

Location was perfect - easy walk to shopping, museums, magnificent churches and wonderful restaurants. Apartment is modern, clean, super comfortable and decorated nicely with beautiful artwork. Has a wonderful kitchen, living area, two bathrooms,an ironing room, beautiful outdoor terrace, and very comfortable, nicely decorated bedrooms. My family of four had a wonderful stay which exceeded our expectations in every way. Lastly, our host, Giuseppina, was a pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, recommended wonderful restaurants and even made reservations for us. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bologna for a short or long stay!

We loved everything!

Beautiful apartment with all amenities located as central as you can get in Bologna, but in a quiet street. We greatly appreciated the excellent airco as it was 40 degrees outside when we arrived. The contacts with the host were very amicable and we have enjoyed our stay every minute. I have recommended this place to several of my friends and I think I will return myself before too long. Alla prossima !!
