Is a secure property. The location. Being right across the road from Clarkes beach and only a 5 minute walk to the town centre.
There wasn’t enough kitchen ware like rice cooker and the tv remote was not easy to navigate and the shower leaked

Amazing location across the road from the beach. Balcony to enjoy the view.
Property is very tired. Beds squeaked, pillows were really bad and uncomfortable.

No WiFi. The apartment was very noisy, with the doors shaking when anyone walked in the stairwell and the windows being so bad that it sounded like the birds were in the bedroom. There was almost no toilet paper and no wash cloth or dishwashing powder to wash dishes.

perfect location and great value for money. Beds comfortable. Quintessential beach pad.
bathroom door locked and jammed closed every time (stacks of rain so probably swollen). Outdoor furniture a thousand years old.

Spacious, comfortable, great location
Floor needed a more thorough cleaning, air-conditioning not working, leaking bathroom tap (was quickly replaced by holiday letting agent when we let them know), kitchen needs a couple more crockery items for long term stays - e.g. couple more pots and a steamer insert etc.

We loved the location, just out of town but close enough to not have to drive anywhere. My family loved the access to the beach directly across the road.
The only thing we would say is would off loved a BBQ on the balcony.

Great Views from balcony of the beach and can walk 5 mins into town.
Sent an email to the letting agent to be helpful if they needed to get contractors in and the property was vacant after my stay. No response after 3 days. So here is the contents of my email.

...I had 5 mins to type a list of items needing attention. Prefer to do this then posting online in a review:
1. 3 doors dont shut properly - too tight
2 shower taps need turning tightly to stop them dripping
3. Slight leak in back of toilet bowl
4. Screens to shower and toilet need a clean of dust
5. Springs in single bed are gone! (And bottom bunk)
I also suggest:
6. Screen on balcony sliding doors for insects, coupled with curtains for privacy (people can see in from main walkway)
7. Getting a bbq if that is what is continued to be posted as there is none (should also say parking is available on site)
Otherwise property is good as shown my initial booking.com review

The property had awesome location apart from that, there were few bugs plus it says air conditioning but in reality only living room had one air con no aircons in the rooms, i and my friends ended up sleeping in the drawing room as it was too hot even after spending this much money
