Beautiful location, comfortable accommodation, helpful, friendly staff.

Everything about the room was great, I was in a chalet overlooking the lake. Room was very clean and comfortable Breakfast was cooked to perfection served efficiently and with a smile by a young female waitress Great parking facilities

The restaurant closed at 16.30 and this should have been made clear prior to booking

How clean the rooms were and the views.

The main meal food had way too much salt on it. It felt really awkward walking in to a silent room restaurant with people looking at you. Would be better to have a microwave in the rooms for children/babies.

Beautiful location, lovely clean room, friendly staff. Nice to have a mini fridge too. Large balcony with table and chairs and excellent view. Very good shower.

Sofa bed uncomfortable. Lack of cereal choice at breakfast and no fruit or pastries which my grandchildren love! Cooked breakfast good though.

the fact that in the room I found a ant trap deterrent. that has been there since last year. there was mould in the shower and missing grouting in the showers. the plan was good implementation not good. also you can never easily get hold of reception. I’ve called and emailed and still no response

I asked for a double room ie with a double bed but I got a really nice room with twin beds. The quality of the mattresses was obviously different and I couldn’t tell anyone as they don’t have reception cover on Sunday nights. such a shame as the staff are really great and the location great.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, as was the evening meal on the Friday night. All the staff were friendly helpful and professional, especially Chelsea.

restaurant food let it down, We eat in the restaurant on Friday night after arriving around 7.30pm ordered ribeye steak , came with frozen chips and the steak was gristly and tough, we had a pint of larger & wine and soda at a cost £15 a round , the same round in a pub in Broadway was £10.00 they must Golfers are loaded? we went for breakfast on Saturday, food and service very good. Where do I start with the breakfast on Sunday :- we sat down and was today that there was no eggs so that was half the menu gone, so we opted for porridge so placed the order only for the lady who had taken the order to say they can not do the porridge, my wife’s comment is why are you doing breakfast? not good for a top golfing resort 👎

Very clean and warm. Lovely view from balcony across the lake. Full English cooked breakfast and Veggie cooked breakfast very good. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Had to switch radiator off, as became too hot. Fridge in room noisy.

Our stay in the on-site cabin was fantastic. Cabin was clean and beautiful. The view across the lake was amazing. We were greeted the next morning with a fantastic breakfast in the main building. All staff were very friendly and we will be definitely booking to stay here again.

Everything was good the breakfast was excellent could not fault the hotel and the food the staff were lovely and friendly and we would recommend anyone to stay with this lovely hotel
