The staff was exceptional in every way. They went the extra mile in their efforts to make you feel as if you were a valued guest. The room was clean and well appointed. We certainly would stay here again.

The parking was difficult at times all spots were full

Wi-Fi login was difficult. Had to go to lobby to get a connection strong enough to login.

On the balcony was trash all cross the river and the view was not a view a trial the houses were trashy it made us sick to two almost checking checking out we probably we are not use Oak Ridge garage again

The room was very clean and the gas fireplace was a nice touch. The view outside was okay, the creek was great this time of year. I really liked the location of the lodging - we could walk everywhere yet we were near the end of the busyness so we weren't smack middle in the craziness. Very close to park entrance if you wanted to enter that way walking and also close to restaurants and some fun activities.

Well, Gatlinberg. It was cute and quaint but so touristy. So I may not stay at the lodging again just because we weren't fans of the crowds! But the hotel was fine.
