I did not have super high expectations to be honest, but were happily surprised when we arrived. It is not a newer property by any means, and that is evident in the property. However, the room's accommodations served the purpose and things were clean. It was quaint. The location was fantastic...right on the strip and easily accessible to all the local attractions.

I can't really think of anything in particular. We asked if there was any possible way to have a check-out at 1:00 instead of 12:00, and they said there were absolutely no late checkouts. That was a tad frustrating, but I do understand their policy.

The pool was nice,the room was very nice and clean,the creek view was amazing,the walking distances was great,house keeping was great,the air was great,we would diffently stay here again,only problem we had was our keys kept messing up but the front desk was on it everytime.

Besides the key problem,there was nothing we didnt like.

Cleanliness, Friendly staff and the view. We left due to a family emergency a day early, the lady refunded us a day back since we couldn't stay.😊

Within walking distance to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Indoor and outdoor pool. Hotel does not charge extra for parking.

Room could have been cleaner. Definitely needs a shop vac taken to floors and corners along baseboards and in bathroom. A lot of dirt/debris in the corners. Hydrospa was cold and dirty.

The hotel location was perfect,it was close to the stores in Gatlinburg. It was Quiet and comfortable and the room was very clean.

This place is still back in the 70's needs to be updated very badly. No elevator, had to use ramps. Carpeting on ramps totally rotten and dirty. Same for the balconly. Dirty. WiFi almost non existent. Take my advice pay the extra $100 and stay somewhere nice.

Nothing! The only downside to it is that it is a bit of a trek to downtown, but it’s doable!!

The balcony was my favorite. Everything was close by. Quiet location. The room was clean. Housekeepers were very nice and accommodating.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but the room could have had a thicker cover. And the wifi wasn't very good.

Love the location, so close to everything. We enjoyed walking everywhere we went.

We were in tower suite 360. Our truck (average size) did not fit into a parking spot in the designated parking garage for the suites. We had to take up 2 spots. Our suite was very old. Walls and ceilings had multiple cracks. Master bathroom, very small shower, extra small sink with no where to put anything on it. Not even toothpaste. Beds had wheels. So anytime you would bump into them they would roll across the room. If you sat up in bed, it would push away from the headboard and there would be a gap. Windows were so green on the outside, you could barely see out. Fireplace did not work. Indoor pool windows were same way, dirty and green. An area of the ceiling was falling in. TV in living room and bedroom was very small, with very poor reception. We did not complain because it was clean. Just VERY outdated!

Clean lil hotel on the main strip. Roaring creek is nice.
