Spacious air conditioned 3 Bed Duplex Apartment, Private Parking And Shared Pool
Este apartamento ofrece todo lo que esperaría, al estar muy cerca de la playa de Burriana y con una gran piscina comunitaria, en un jardín muy bien cuidado. El salón y las 3 habitaciones dobles disponen de aire acondicionado. Hay 2 baños y una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, nevera-congelador, microondas, plancha y tabla de planchar. Hay un televisor y un DVD, pero debido a los cambios recientes en la transmisión por satélite, los canales en inglés se limitan a BBC1, BBC2, ITV y Channel 4 a través de TDT. Dos terrazas orientadas al sur (una fuera de la habitación principal). Ventiladores de techo en salón y las dos habitaciones dobles más calefacción para el invierno (por medio del aire en las unidades). Hay una caja fuerte para objetos de valor. Internet gratis está disponible. El apartamento es espacioso, cómodo y está bien ubicado para la playa de Burriana (a solo 5 minutos a pie) y el centro de Nerja, el Balcón de Europa y muchas tiendas y bares (a solo 15 minutos a pie). Se ruega a los huéspedes que no fumen en interiores, por favor. Tenga en cuenta también que la llegada no es antes de las 4 p.m. y la salida debe ser antes de las 10 a.m. de su último día.

We stayed at the apartment for 11 nights as a family of 5 adults. The apartment was spotless and as described in the listing. It is ideally located for the beach and restaurants and is a leisurely walk in to the town, although up a steep hill to start with. The communication with Neil was excellent and prompt. Hopefully we will be back soon as we loved it.

Refurbished apartment with all the facilities required for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Communications with owner, Neil, were excellent. Only slight downside was that

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir hatten die Wohnung ab Ende Oktober für fünf Wochen gemietet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Gartenanlage mit Blick auf den Swimmingpool. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Die Bäder sind sehr schön und mordern mit großen Duschen. Die Schlafzimmer haben viel Platz in den Schränken. Alledings sind die Doppelbetten in zwei Schlafzimmern nur jeweils 1,50 m breit. Das ist nicht ganz so viel für zwei Erwachsene. Der Balkon ist schön groß. Es sind ein großer Tisch, vier bequeme Liegen sowie ein großer Sonnenschirm und ein Holzkohlegrill vorhanden. Wir haben uns gerne dort aufgehalten. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings ist die Umgebung etwas hügelig. Um in das Zentrum nach Nerja zu kommen, geht man erst den Berg Richtung Strand runter und später wieder steil hoch. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht. Es gibt aber auch einen Bus, der ins Zentrum fährt. Die Bushaltestelle ist ein Stück den Berg runter gut zu erreichen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es hat uns in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen und wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Estupendo
La casa, super completa, no falta ni un detalle para hacerte los días fáciles, tiene de todo. Limpia y cuidada, apata para estar con niños ya que es bastante amplia.
Su propietario super amable, nos dejo entrar y salir fuera del horario marcado.
Muy buena ubicacion de la playa de burriana para ir caminando.

Having been to Nerja several found the property to be in an ideal location only 5 minutes stroll down to beach , shops and bars . Property block itself were in a great location ideal for families , pool was great and outside areas very good for sun bathing and shade if you wanted it , my only minus was the pool toilets need to be cleaned on a more regular basis other than that great holiday place .

Excellent apartment, we'll equipped and positioned.
We stayed for 10 days at the apartment and couldn't fault it. It was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our holiday. The pool and gardens are lovely and although it was shared it was never overcrowded. It is less than 10 minutes to the beach where there is a great choice of restaurants and a couple of minutes to the bus stop for great links into town.
The owner was always very quick to reply and helpful.
The only negative was the supermarket on the seafront being very expensive. We did a big shop in mercadona and topped up when we had to locally.
Nerja is gorgeous, we will definately be back.

Lovely apartment, great location for Burriana Beach and the Old Town
This is a lovely apartment in a nice small development, ideally placed for Burriana Beach and only a 10- t5 minute walk from the Old Town. It has everything we needed for a great holiday and Neil the owner was very easy to deal with and so helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Nerja.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche über Karneval im Appartment von Neil verbracht.
Alles war so wie auf Fewo beschrieben. Sehr schick und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns (4 Erwachsene) hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Neil war immer sehr hilfsbereit und ließ uns sogar am Abreisetag ein wenig länger im Appartment bleiben, da unser Rückflug recht spät war. Einziges kleines Problem war das Heizen über Klimaanlage, da dies manchmal nicht warm genug war. Wie gesagt sonst alles Top, kommen gerne wieder.

Great apartment in convenient location
We visited Nerja to attend a wedding and the apartment met all our expectations. It is a well equipped and modern apartment in a very convenient location for Burianna Beach and the bus stop to the town. It is well furnished throughout and provides excellent loungers and balcony furniture. The shared swimming pool was also excellent.
We would recommend it for couples and families.

Stunning apartment, location and grounds 5*
Such a beautiful apartment, has everything you need and more. The grounds are beautiful and pool was so clean and great temp. Owners couldn't be more helpful before our stay and during the stay any questions we had a response immediately. Helpful information provided about area. Beds comfy, high quality furniture througout! Can't wait to come back. Apparently is a short walk down to the beach but if you walk a little further along you come across the cutest and most amazing restaurants. We got married in Nerja and we couldn't reccomened it enough! Thanks so much Neil for everything.

Wonderful apartment, quiet, yet close to beach and bars, 20 minutes into town, 10 minutes walk to 2 large supermarkets and tennis club, great large balcony for sunbathing and set in lovely gated gardens. After 8 weeks we didn't want to leave.

The apartment is in a good position close to the beach and supermarkets, approx 15 min walk into town. It is very clean and well furnished/appointed. The balcony is a fantastic size however, for the summer months there is not enough shade even with the parasol provided. We noticed that many of the other apartments had an awning. Also with no air conditioning, it was very hot inside. The fans were not sufficient.The gardens around the apartment were well looked after and lovely to lie in. The pool is a good size and very refreshing though the filters may not have been working effectively towards the end of our holiday.The gate bell did not work when we arrived but was fixed around ten days later.Overall a nice complex and apartment in a good position for the beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

Highly Recommend
Our party 4 adults two of whom were grandparents, a teenager and child had a fabulous holiday in this apartment. It was spotless and had all the facilities that we required aswell as being very secure. The apartment itself was very spacious and the large terrace was a bonus. It was close to the beach, restaurants/bars and shops. We stayed for 9 nights and can't wait to return. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect, just perfect!
Our family of 4 adults and two young children have just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment in Nerja. We have been to Nerja twice before but always stayed in town, this time we wanted to be near the beach and this apartment was simply perfect! The apartment had everything we needed and more and was very well maintained, the large terrace is such a bonus as is the pool! The booking was so smooth and so were the instructions - I highly recommend this property, situated very close to the beach and a short hilly walk to town. Thank you!

Great Location
We had a wonderful time at this really well located and appointed duplex apartment. Very clean and spacious both inside and within the gardens and large pool. Huge private terrace overlooking the pool enables the adults to relax whilst keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. Only 5 minutes walk to the best beach in Nerja and a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the centre of Nerja. Would definitely go again.

Very nice spacious apartment in very good location, easy walking to nearest bars and restaurants also nerja only 15 mins walk away. Well kept pool and garden area, good size rooms and very clean apartment with everything you need to prepare a meal. Was great to have English TV channels
