Hotel location and staff behaviour is very good

Short but comfertable stay

Nothing. You can find a ten times better business property which is clean and hygienic. I am surprised it’s by lemon tree.

This property is epitome of disaster- from impolite staff, mould on walls in the room n bathroom, stuffy restaurant with unappetising food and constant bad smell. I paid for two nights n stayed for one and checked in at another hotel. They didn’t care to take a feedback and avoided to call the manager when I was checking out.

The location was good,rooms were comfortable.

Front desk was useless,its only in name that it has 24X7 front desk service,I had informed that I will be checking out at about 3 in the morning,they could not print my bill,secondly i had to call and request them twice to send me the bill which was finally sent over WA. The restaurant staff were not skilled adequately,I had specifically indicated that I do not want leg piece in my chicken dish but when it was served it contaoned a leg piece.Finally I had to eat only dal and roti.

The maintenance could have been better... it needs attention in overall upkeep of the rooms

The ACs doesn't work in this Hotel and the Staff is totally useless. My charges should have been waived off due to the huge harrasment that I faced which the hotel refused.

The location is good as it is close to the ashram and you can take an auto to Atal Bridge which is few kms away.

The rooms are cramped if compared with pictures displayed while booking. The breakfast facility and spread can be skipped.
