Very quiet location Lots of amenities close by We took the bus multiple times as it was easily accessible rather than drive We enjoyed our dinner from the king of donair restaurant that was nearby Generous on toiletries and kitchen supplies, including sanitizing wipes. Overall, it was a pleasant and very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it. The host was very kind and helpful upon our arrival

This basement apartment was the closest lodging to my daughter , which is why I picked it.

The apartment has poor clearance and I am only 5 foot 3. There are unfinished piping areas that are not enclosed overhead probably due to the poor clearances and open areas of drywall, ceiling and toilet area.. There is mold in the bathroom. The caulking needs to be replaced. There is not a full kitchen, no stove. I had planned on cooking a meal for my daughter but could not.

The owners are aware of some issues with damp/mold and are working to mitigate those. Same is true for some noisy appliances.

The communication, both directly with the owner as well as Booking.com was exceptional. They took the initiative in how to best navigate through the process of re-booking due to Hurricane Fiona. I was informed promptly when the power and wifi was restored and compensated fairly for the gaps due to the hurricane. It was reassuring to know that my queries during and after the hurricane we’re top of mind. At no time was I left hanging and wondering when someone would get back to me. The rental itself was charming and comfy. Centrally located in a great neighbourhood, I was minutes away from all the attractions of Halifax. If I were to return to Halifax, I would re-book at Comfy Stay without hesitation.

The accommodation was in a good location, and the facilities were clean.

Suitable for people under 5 feet, or 155cm. The accommodation looked like it was cobbled together, and as we were tall people, it was difficult to get around. Your information also said there was some outdoor space, there was a table and outdoor chairs, however that grass and garden was overgrown, and not at all enticing to enter.

Received property information in a very prompt manner. Sent an email regarding the wifi and it was fixed almost immediately. Very clean &.cozy.

The apartment was spacious and bright. It was close to everything - we walked to the downtown Harbor front and there are many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The owners were pleasant and helpful.

The extra beds were small single beds better for kids than adults

The cleanness and readiness that was demonstrated my the hosts. The AC was already on when we got there and the hosts even offered services beyond the lists.

Loved it all!! It was extremely comfortable with everything a person would need. Highly recommend to others as a #1 place to stay.
