Bathroom needed a fan, got very steamy after a shower.

The shower and bed were good. Reasonable location. Front staff eventually very good, F & B staff very good, dinner and breakfast good

We had the worst room, 3rd floor, construction outside our bedroom window so couldn’t have curtains drawn. No good information in room about facilities in hotel, TV hard to use. No luggage rack, no towel racks to hang wet towels, laundry price way over the top. Needs a lot of overhauling, very old and tired building,no automatic front entrance door,concierge do their best but haven’t got much written information to give out, definetly definetly not a 4* hotel. Price of our room was very very expensive for what we got.

The helpful staff, especially at breakfast. The accommodations were better than we had hope for and it’s central location to Pier 21 and so on was a bonus

The evening check-in desk person lied to me when he said that the hotel only did dry cleaning; so nice the next morning I was told the hotel offers BOTH services. I ended up paying much more than I needed to to get my laundry done.

Location was great.

Paid for valet parking and had to remind the check out staff 2 x to get the car out of the valet parking.

Complimentary coffee in the lobby

The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The closet in the room was horrible. The light came on when the door was opened and shut off when closed which meant it had to be wedged or you were in the dark if the door closed behind you. It also smelled stale.
