L’appartement est très lumineux, spacieux et agréable.

A notre surprise, le manque d’efficacité du ménage dans l’appartement (moutons, papier de bonbons, feutres derrière le canapé et dans les placards) et dans la laverie (serviettes agglomérées derrière les sèches linges).

Excellent location, it was our first visit to Ottawa and everything seemed to be at walking distance. The apartment is nice and comfortable, well equipped with everything needed.

The style of the appartment, location, reasonable cost. There was more than plenty of beds for my family. Very happy.

Nothing at all

1. The payment links sent to me didnt work. 2. The address given to me was wrong. 3. The folks said they would only talk to me when i made all payments, which i wasnt opposed to at all. I wasnt clear as to how would i make those payments. 4. They asked for a $250 security deposit, the oayment link wasnt working and they wouldnt pick up my ohone till i made the payment. It was a vicious circle. 5. The telephone numbers in the confirmation email didmt work.

It's a large apartment. The beds are very comfortable and it's in a decent neighborhood. It's also well located.

The shower isn't great, the toilet needs repair and the place needs a bit of love.

Location was good. Parking easy. Clear directions for entry

Bathroom was ok. Could have been cleaned better. There was no wine glassware. There was no knives that could cut even a baguette in the house. There was no paper towel, no Kleenex, no extra towels in kitchen. Only one hand towel. AC was not central air, just one stand alone AC unit at each end of the space. Flooring was very worn as was the couch that was billed as a place to sleep.

Had difficulty with the payment, please update the method. It said no prepayment required but we had to.

The ground floor apartment had plenty of space for the 5 of us which was great. The owners were also really helpful and friendly. The apartment was easy to find, had free parking and was only a 20 minute walk from Byward Market. It made getting around and seeing the places we wanted to see very easy.

The property does need a bit of “tender, love and care” as it could be an amazing place.

It’s affordable and great location, great place to stay and most important nice host they response riight away.

Since we are group of 10 it would be perfect if there is extra washroom even just half bathroom is fine.

I loved the price and the owners were amazing with us getting back to us promptly and making sure everything was taken care of. Great restaurant around the corner from the place.

The location was abit dicey for our liking, there were stains on the bedding in one room and on the couch. The cleaning crew did not notice the guests before left dirty diapers on the back porch.

Everything was good.

The location is close to grocery stores and close to center if you're driving (not walkable and not a nice area). Check in was easy and parking lot was private. Host was responsive when we called about an issue with the bathroom.

The building is very poorly constructed - floors are uneven, there is no sound insulation at all and you can hear loudly *every* movement of the upstairs tenants (in our case they were moving furniture and running around until midnight and it was impossible to sleep), we also had to heat the water pipe to the toilet with a hair dryer because it froze and didn't flush. One of the elements of the cooktop was not working. The kitchen is not well equipped.

Elissa was helpful and quick to respond. The apartments offered plenty of space in a good location for a great price.

The bathroom was small and older. The check in process was complicated when travelling around and having multiple bookings. Booking.com made it seem simple but with no front desk onsite, there are multiple pre registration, security deposit steps before arrival.

Was listed as a split level but was NOT! Very disappointing

Easy parking and relatively quick access to the center

The place was dirty (dirty bathroom, stains on the couch, lots of dust, unclean silverware without any sponge to do the dishes), sheets for the sofa were missing and although they were quick to answer they told us that it was normal, finally the obligation to do the check-in AND the payment on two different platforms (none being Booking directly) was less than ideal
