Breakfast was basic: croissants from supermarket out of a plastic box - would be nice to have fresh things available / no soap in the bathroom - quite expensive lodging for what you pay

Breakfast was quite adequate and set you up for the day. The information before arrival was excellent, there was short video explaining everything you needed to know.

The villa was at the top of a very steep hill. This place is not for anyone who has difficulty walking.

We liked the photos on the internet when we booked it. However, it was not nearly as nice as it appeared . We liked that we only wasted 1 night of our trip at this place. We also enjoyed the banter with the other clientele about their disappointment in the place as well.

The check-in process is ludicrous. A planter box of keys to check yourself in. Instructions about check-in sent after 11am on check-in day .. if you are traveling and have no data, you better hope you find another human who has gone through the process to walk you through it. There is not 1 staff member on the property AT ALL. No/missing key to the safe in our room, and no solution for it. This place is dated. The 'rooftop patio' has no furniture, and the seating is covered in bird poo. The shower head doesn't even stay on the wall. You can feel 70% of the springs in the bed. We got 2 flat small pillows. The breakfast lady is unhelpful, and seemed put out by the presence of humans, and took until 9:30am to get all the breakfast items out, when breakfast is from 8:30-10:30am. There is no water in the water dispenser, and when there was, the dispenser didn't really work. The coffeemaker is glitchy, to say the least. The breakfast for a 'Bed and Breakfast' was a simple continental breakfast you would find at any hotel.

The location was amazing and the communication with the staff was fantastic! Also a delicious breakfast and very welcoming.

A very good place to stay for a couple of days, the villa has everything you need to feel comfortable: comfortable rooms, pool, coffee, tea, water, fruits available all day. A place to park a car. Since we lived on the second floor, the cold water sometimes disappeared. Breakfast is standard, we recommend going earlier, because then there is more choice. Special thanks to Olga from the service staff.

There was a seagull with small children on the roof, which prevented us from using the roof terrace and enjoying the sunsets, and behaved aggressively.

Lovely staff and excellent breakfast

The first room was poor but once moved the second room was much more suitable. My wife is disabled and the shower was not easily accessible and the shower floor was extremely slippy it could do with a non slip mat.

There is almost nothing which we did not like: room was big, the staff was kind, the location is very good (however it is on the top of a hill, so, you need to climb).

We were in February and the room was a little bit cold.

Room size,sold as double, in fact a small single, with a double bed crammed in ,no heating in communal areas, so had to take breakfast in our room, the D.I.Y Breakfast consists of very old fruit, STALE Bread and the cheapest pressed. Meat and flavourless cheese, multiple floor levels, completely inadequate lighting, and T.V ONLY WATCHABLE if you recline on your side in Bed no chairs in room ,the house should not accept bookings, while winter renovation is in progress, all in all ABISMAL EXPERIENCE, CAN'T comment on staff, as,the only one seems to be the HANDYMAN,

We had a really pleasant stay. Especially want to highlight: • Great views from the balcony • Very cozy backyard • Great variety for breakfast.

The house is beautiful. The location is wonderful, great for hiking an Carvoreira us a really lovely town.

It was a bit cold and I didn't manage to get warm water, just cold water. After the new years holiday the lively staff explained to me that I have to let the water run for a while before it gets warm. May be that could be explained beforehand or with a note in the bathroom? Otherwise everything was wonderful

The room was big and clean, very comfortable with all of the amenities, and the location was perfect, away from the noise from the city.

No vegan options for the breakfast, even though I was reassured there would be.

We couldn't see anyone. The door was open. It was so cold but the heater was not working. We had to sleep with coats on. The cover was thin and not warm. We contacted only with chat .We couldn't have breakfast. The man repeated breakfast time is 9. We had to start 8 30 for our next schedule. I asked if I could use another room because the luggage was too heavy to carry upstairs. We are in our 70's. The man said no. There were only our team in the house. I have never experienced such a terrible stay in my travel.
