Beautiful property, clean, spacious apartments and amazing setting

La localisation , la taille de la chambre et ses rangements, la literie, le petit déjeuner
L’insonorisation des chambres, les voisins sont dans votre chambre, nous avons tout entendu
Le bar est triste et les snacks chers pour la qualité et la qualité
Enfin nous avons choisi de participer au programme Green c’est à dire pas de ménage de chambre un jour sur deux. En fait, l’hôtel va loin dans le concept pas de vidage des poubelles. En 6 jours, la bouteille d’eau en verre n’a jamais été remplacée et les tisanes non plus, nous avons du demander au restaurant.
Nous avions bénéficié d’une offre booking sur le prix d’où le bon rapport qualité prix, sinon cela ne vaut pas le tarif réel. Le service en chambre n’est pas à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles norme locale.

Complimentary cookies in the room, amazing and spacious (super clean too) 110 sq. m. apartment, amazing staff (front desk, bar, breakfast), full vanity kit, amazingly staffed kitchen, splendid swimming pool and garden, great breakfast with champagne, fast Wi-Fi, late free check out, cool bar with great cocktails, nice local magazines and newspaper, fresh lemons in the garden
Nonsense pool towel pickup location and procedure, had to return to front desk to open room bill to charge the bar expenses

I loved everything about this stay. I first visited before the pandemic in Nov 2019 when I last visited Portugal, however was staying elsewhere in the area, and discovered the hotel whilst out on a walk, so to be able to stay here was an absolute treat.
It was a total R&R vacation, and I did exactly that and the staff were so accommodating. Special mention goes out to the following members of staff who made my trip very memorable: Dueilian, Miguel whose service was impeccable. Also Laura and Juan who were very helpful. Chef Rui Amaral who made the most amazing seafood negro pasta and sea bass dishes and Chef Nidia for her amazing dessert.
The property was looking a little tired in places which could be as a result of the building becoming vacant due to the pandemic and could do with a little renovation

Breakfasts were excellent with unlimited choice of Cooked, choice of Cereals, choice of fresh fruits and Yogurts, freshly made bread and rolls, waiter service for Coffee and Champagne!! Tables were nicely spaced out with table cloths. The standard room was very spacious and well equipped with Fridge, TV had 3 English channels, Zircon was good and very importantly the WiFi was great. We liked the way the rooms were laid out in the complex and were very quiet.
The only thing we would have preferred was thinner pillows. The position of the shower screen meant you had to get into the bath to turn taps on.

The staff was very pleasant, the facilities were great, the breakfast has a lot of options. The apartment was very comfortable with a lot of space and well equipped kitchen. Special mention to the indoor pull with sauna and jacuzzi.
The fact that the shower is shared between the two bathrooms of the apartment is not very pleasant. Location is not ideal, but the conditions of the resort completely make up for the it. The lighting of the living room could be brighter. The indoor pool schedule was not correct inside of the pool building which led to a misunderstanding when we got told it would close soon on a saturday 1 hour earlier than we thought.

It’s a very tired hotel, in real need of refurbishment, we had ants on the floor of our room, A/C wasn’t great, breakfast was passable but not great…

The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is very nice, you can even order fresh made omelette.
The spa, swimming pool, sauna facilities are quite old. Gym is very small, sauna is not hot, jacuzzi tub got cracked. The indoor swimming pool is not big and feels a bit dirty. There are lots of loosing tiles which are very dangerous for cutting skin. The location is in the middle of nowhere. To be honest we are quite disappointed with it and actually checked out 1 day earlier as we booked.

Most everything. Excellent staff at reception, restaurant and maintenance (who kindly opened our safe). Large accommodation with all self catering facilities. Excellent location for the purpose of visit. Peaceful.
Pillows. Too hard for me unfortunately, but that’s personal taste. Just a small shame house keeping didn’t replace coffee pods and water daily (bear in mind we spent 5 days).
