On an island full of amazing views, you would be hard pressed to find a better one than the view from this apartment. It’s very spacious and fit all of our needs as a group of 3 climbers.

The view was stunning ad we loved having breakfast & watching the sunsets.
The small was meant we didn't have to rush to the beach as we could cool off and enjoy just relaxing at the villa.
It was quiet even in though we were there in August.

The owner and staff were incredible. The property is astounding and offers more amenities than other properties in the same price range at the time. This property offered significant value as long as you have a vehicle/scooter rental.

Upon arrival we gazed off the balcony and were in complete awe of the view!! It's not often you stay at a place this nice for this price. Even our friend who has VRBO rentals said it was such a special rental. The photos on the VRBO site don't do it justice.
Paul the owner was always quick to respond and so kind to us. Quite a treat to arrive to a bottle of chilled champagne that we saved for the first night after climbing. The driveway/road to the house is a bit intimidating but once you realize it's doable with a rental car it's no problem. I do think you would need your own vehicle to stay here cause it'd be a walk into town.
We'll be back hopefully soon.

Stayed for 1 week in this house. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. The house had nice views and is located in a quiet area. It had lots of amenities and space. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wunderschönes Domizil
Perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die es etwas geräumiger und komfortabler brauchen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, um hier zwei Wochen lang einen super schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Auch, dass das Haus etwas weiter weg vom üblichen Getümmel in Massouri ist, hat uns gut getan.

Beautiful views, clean and modern home.
We enjoyed our stay at Paul's villa in the fall of 2018. It is a nice new villa with all amenities including a pool! Everything in the villa was extremely clean and worked well. As it was a bit cool at nights during our stay, we even enjoyed the heating units in each room. We were welcomed by Niky, a super friendly and helpful local and Paul had generously supplied a bottle of bubbly for us to enjoy on our arrival as well as flowers and a departing gift! Very generous! The only suggestion I might make is to have a coat tree in the main living area to hang outdoor wear in the cooler weather. We ended up hanging our jackets on the backs of chairs, which worked fine, but an alternative place would be appreciated. Thanks Paul, for opening your home to us!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison et sa vue imprenable sur l'île de Telendos et la côte de Kalymnos.
La piscine est fort appréciable. Toutefois il faut avertir les résidents de la raideur de la pente qui conduit à cette maison comme à toutes celles de ce quartier. La maison est confortable ; mais un ou deux bols et saladiers ou plats supplémentaires seraient bienvenus.

Fantastic views
We stayed for 10 days in this beautiful villa with stunning views towards Telendos. The house was very clean and modern with a lovely little pool that our 2 children fully enjoyed. The owner was very helpful and kept in regular email contact to assist us prior to our arrival and sorting out any little niggles during our stay.
The house was very comfortable and felt even better than it did perhaps in the pictures. There are 2 double beds in rooms of equal size each with their own balcony which would be good for couples or children willing to share a bed.
The island is great for climbing and we found a local climbing school to give us some tuition. I would suggest the house is in the best settlement on the island for tourists, with boat trips to Telendos and Leros within walking distance. However to fully explore the island a car seemed to be quite vital. We arrived at Kos airport and Sur-Price would not allow us to take a car over on the ferry (which is very simple to use) so instead we had to change to Hertz who did at the last minute. The drive up to the villa is very steep measuring 20 degrees in places according to the tilt meter on my iPhone. A nervous or inexperienced driver could conceivably find manoeuvring on the drive way difficult.
In all we had a fantastic stay, it was a beautifully quiet place in which you can choose whether to unwind and relax or throw yourself into activities such as climbing and diving in a stunning setting.

Wow! What a property, views are incredible and has everything you need
Myself and partner have just spent 2 weeks at this fabulous property and have had such a thoroughly brilliant time.
The house is situated at the top of Mirties and the views are spectacular, wether it be from either bedroom, the main room or the superb balcony/veranda and yes it is a fair walk back up each day/night if you don’t have a car - though going down at night is fine if you are reasonably fit and you can get taxis back from Mirties/Massouri at night if you want. The neighbourhood is really peaceful and you have no choice but to relax and enjoy the views and time there.
It was really clean throughout and the attention to detail that Paul and the ladies have given to all of the equipment through the property is excellent. It has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, with ample space for a family (there were only 2 of us.)
Breakfast on the veranda with the view over to Telendos is absolutely spectacular and with lots of utensils, you can cook whatever you want to - or not! Plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc and full of cleaning equipment and utensils also.
The air con is excellent, quiet, v efficient and very welcome in the July/August Kalymnian heat, as was the clean pool, which was such a key aspect for me and my partner - that cool mid afternoon dip was superb, again with views overlooking the village - just wow!
Thank you for the welcome water in fridge and of course the chilled ‘fizz!’ What a way to be welcomed and start the holiday.

Großartig, wie im letzten Jahr
Wir waren zum 2ten Mal vor Ort und es hat sich an unserem positiven Eindruck nichts geändert. Das Haus ist für Kletterer, die mobil sind, optimal gelegen, ruhig und schön. Herrliche Ausblicke auf das Mittelmeer und Telendos. Im kommenden Jahr möchten wir erneut hinfahren.

We just spent 2 weeks in this house and loved it! We really enjoyed the view and our 8-year old son really enjoyed the pool! The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are just fine. There were lots of clean sheets and towels and you could call the housekeeper for more if needed.The only thing that wasn’t to our satisfaction was that the downstairs toilette weren’t working properly, wouldn’t flush or couldn’t stop running water. However, we give this house the warmest recommendations and would love to book it again!

Beautiful villa, perfect for our family
We enjoyed this beautiful and comfortable villa, as well as the hospitality of our host and the housekeeper very much. We were greeted at the door of the villa after a very late ferry arrival, and given a very thorough orientation and a champagne welcome. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped, the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, and each had balconies with stunning views. The end of March was a bit too cool to enjoy the patio and pool, but on a hot day it would be incredible!! The location was private, but had good accessibility to the villages and the rest of the island. We rented a car so we drove to the grocery store, restaurants, climbing areas, etc.

;Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. La maison a grandement participé à notre plaisir. En effet, un accueil très agréable, et surtout une vue sans pareil ! Se réveiller tous les matins avec un panorama de rêve et un ciel sans nuage, cela s'appelle le bonheur ! La maison est en excellent état et parfaitement équipée. Elle est très pratique et la piscine est un avantage certain. l'accès est en pente mais c'est grâce à cela que la vue est incroyable. L'île est superbe et recèle de petits bijoux : Vathi, Paleonissos,Kamaries (la baie des pirates,....) ne sont que quelques exemples. A ne pas rater !

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Service
Es war ein wunder schöner Urlaub auf der Insel Kalymnos. das Ferienhaus mit Pool ist sehr schön und der Service ist sehr gut. Wir haben immer wieder den wunderschönen Blick von der Terrasse genossen. Auf der Insel kann man viel Unternehmen und die Menschen sind sehr Gastfreundlich. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, noch etwas Ursprünglichkeit von Griechenland kennen zu lernen. Diese Insel ist nicht nur für Kletterer zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick
Wir sind von unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt ganz begeistert und möchten im kommenden Jahr wiederkommen. Das Haus sieht innen so aus, wie auf den Bilder und ist gepflegt und sauber. Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass es einen Schrank mit Handtüchern gab, so dass wir nicht 2 Wochen lang die Gleichen nehmen mussten. Staubsauger und Putzmittel sind auch vor Ort, so dass man auch selbt Hand anlegen kann, wenn es in der 2ten Woche schmuddelig wird. Der Vermieter spricht englisch und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch die Damen vor Ort, die auf das Haus aufpassen. Der Pool ist eigentlich echt genial - hier wurde der vorhandene Platz optimal ausgenutzt und es ist ein netter Gag über den Rand das Mittelmeer und Telendos zu sehen. Die Auffahrt ist, wie ein Vorredner schrieb, steil, aber man kommt problemlos hoch. Die Insel hat eben einen sehr steilen Charakter, darauf muss man sich einstellen!

Lieu de rêve face à l'île de Telendos !
Quand vous arrivez sur le site de la maison, vous êtes en admiration devant la vue que le lieu vous réserve.Après un très bon accueil qui nous permet de faire connaissance avec cette très belle demeure, nous avons passé 10 jours de rêve sur l'ile de Kalymnos, réputée pour ses promenades, son miel, ses lauriers et ses chèvres semi-sauvages. La maison vous offre toutes les qualités d'un séjour plus qu'agréable : cuisine équipée, salon,salle à manger, 2 chambres, une salle de bain, 2 toilettes, 2 terrasses à l'étage... et une petite piscine , de quoi se détendre en toute quiétude! Car le calme est bien présent ici, et cela fait un bien fou de pouvoir se reposer vu le stress vécu durant l'année. Les habitants de l'île sont très sympas et vous réservent toujours une petite surprise grâce à leur générosité.
Bref, la maison en vaut la chandelle et la visite de l'île aussi.
Indispensable : louer une voiture dès votre arrivée (possible au port de Pothia).

Beautiful property in a stunning location. Comfortable and clean
We have spent 2 fantastic weeks at Paul's property. The experience was second to none with fabulous views, comfortable and clean accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and lovely hot shower. We would not consider staying anywhere else in Kalymnos. Paul was very helpful as were the charming Greek ladies who welcomed us with smiles at gone midnight on our arrival. A truly amazing experience
We really enjoyed our holidays in this amazing and charming house. The accommodation was exquisite. It has been one of the most outstanding experiences we have ever had. The place itself is spectacular and much better than a 5 stars hotel. The house is fantastic, well decorated, clean, cosy and with a very beautiful and astonishing view of the sea. The terrace at the house has an amazing , indescribable and uninterrupted sea view. The interior had been beautifully designed, with lots of attention to detail, and has well equipped kitchen. All rooms have balconies with amazing view. It is located perfectly for exploring Kalymnos Island. It’s a perfect for a romantic or a relaxing family vacation. We liked also the warm welcome of Paul and his hospitality.
It has been one of the best trips we have ever been on. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay and wish to come back soon.

Amazing!
We stayed 8 days in Kalymnos at this property and it was excellent! Location was great, just a few minutes by car/scooter to town and climbing. The patio and pool were incredible and the views were indeed "splendid". I would definitely recommend this property to friends/family and I hope to come back and stay here again someday.
