Totalmente equipada y nueva unidad 2BR + 2 BA, en una excelente ubicación en Punta. ¡Ni siquiera necesitas un coche! Esta unidad de 800 pies cuadrados tiene una gran terraza con una barbacoa privada. Sala de estar con una pantalla de TV de 40 pulgadas con más de 150 canales de TV por cable y Netflix. Internet de banda ancha, y en plaza de parking.
Dormitorio principal con cama king size y baño en suite. Segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un baño completo. Una cocina muy equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora y todos los demás pequeños electrodomésticos. Piscina privada climatizada, gimnasio, sauna y muchas otras comodidades.
Recepción 24 horas. Ropa de cama fina y toallas incluidas en su alquiler.
Servicio de limpieza de lunes a sábado y servicio de playa en temporada alta. Temporada alta del 15 de diciembre al 15 de marzo aprox.

The location of the unit is very convenient for getting around Punta del Este. Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, restaurants, cafes, and grocery market just outside of building. The host, Conrad, was super helpful in answering any questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and transportation to Montevideo. Check in process was super easy. 24 hour front desk, etc. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Punta del Este!

The property was ok but I rented the pace for five people when I got there I found out that was just for four. I talked to the owner of the property and he told me that I would have to pay more if I wanted five beds. I sent him the screenshot of the place I rented where it says for five people he never responded.
Also the windows were really dirty.
Not happy with this experience.

Great appartment in Punta del este
Together with my wife and my two daughters we had great 5-days stay in the beginning of January 2017. The apt. is very well equipped and has a perfect location. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches (only a few minutes’ walk away), the pool and the gym every day. There are nice small restaurants and shops located in the neighborhood. Thanks to Conrad and the staff in the building for good guiding and all kinds of help.

Excellent location in Punta!
My friends and I were in Punta for over New Years and selected this condo for our stay. It was perfect! Great location and easy to get around everywhere. The building was very nice with an outdoor pool at our disposal. The condo was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. It was great having our own balcony to sit on as well. I would highly recommend this apartment!

GREAT Location and Responsive Owner
My wife and I had an amazing visit at this property over Christmas 2015. The flat is extremely clean, well maintained and close to the beach. It also is within walking distance of many nice restaurants. (Conrado, the owner, speaks fluent English was readily available by phone when we had questions. He also was nice enough to provide us with several dining recommendations and without exception, they were excellent.) Note: The property has a small workout facility and very nice pool area; however, we preferred to walk to the ocean (about 4 - 5 short blocks away).

CONRADO WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND HE EVEN HAD SOME THINGS IN THE FRIDGE FOR US WHEN WE ARRIVED. I TOLD CONRADO WHEN WE ARRIVED THAT THERE WAS NO IRON OR IRONING BOARD AND WE HAD IT THE NEXT DAY. Excelente
Um excelente apartamento. Hospeda com muito conforto 4 pessoas. É bem arejado, muito bem equipado. Os quartos e banheiros são ótimos, armários espaçosos e tudo novo. A impressão é que estamos num ambiente familiar. O prédio possui serviço de hotel. O serviço de mucama e de praia são nota 10. Recomendo a localização da praia brava, já que na praia mansa, as cadeiras e guarda sois ficam numa área ruim para banho. O apartamento é muito bem localizado. Super recomendo!

Vacaciones reconfortantes!!!
El dpto esta muy bien ubicado, Av Francia tiene todos los servicios, minimercado al frente, panaderia, casas de comidas rapidas, el Conrad a una cuadra y a pasos de Playa Mansa y Brava. Internamente esta bien equipado (faltan algunos utensilios que ya han sido informado al propietario para optimizar la estadia) y le faltaria aire acondicionado y tal vez un lcd en habitacion principal para ser excelente. Las amenities son muy buenas aunque faltaria una pileta climatizada cerrada para que sean excelentes. Un dpto para recomendar. Lo que no me termino de convencer es un problema en el labadero de mal olor que aparecia al soplar viento que entiendo no es del depto sino de las cañerias generales y la vista de uno de los lados del balcon que si bien no es fea, al ser un piso bajo se ven ropas colgadas y techos de las pocas casas que quedan en la cuadra. En lineas generales es un dpto para recomendar.
