This was our second trip to this location and this specific condo as it is just perfect! This condo is beautiful and large enough to accommodate our 3 large families! The view from the 18th floor balcony overlooking the beach was spectacular. Having easy access to the beach and pool made it the perfect location for kids and adults of all ages! The host family was amazing to work with and easily accessed for any needs we may have. I would give this location a 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back year after year.

We stayed here with our adult children & their significant others and it was wonderful! The condo was immaculate, well appointed with everything we needed and conveniently located! We all enjoyed many evenings after dinner around the pool table and arcade games. It was so nice to have 8 beach chairs & beach towels so we didn’t need to bring anything with us but clothes! We hope to book here again and look forward to it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

The rental needs a new cleaning company. There are dirty fingerprints all over the kitchen cabinets, the drawers inside are full of crumbs, the refrigerator handles were caked with food (I cleaned before we used the kitchen). The water dispenser and ice dispenser on the refrigerator are full of mold if you peak up under them. The living room couches need to be replaced. The “white” leather is now brown. All of the carpets are filthy and there were spider webs and nests on one of the dining room chairs. I did not inform the owners during our stay bc I did not care to have anyone come in and clean while we were there. I cleaned as best I could and dealt with it. For people with children, the bedrooms are right across from the elevators and bc the rooms have windows to that hall the noise is loud all night and I did not feel safe with the kids in those rooms since the building does not have locks or security at the building’s entrances.
The condo has the potential to be beautiful if it was updated and properly cleaned. The view is extraordinary and the balcony space is amazing. It was nice having the parking garage and tunnel to get to it. The pools are nice and the access to the beach is unbeatable. I have never left a poor review before and honestly I don’t like doing it. I found it necessary because I wish someone had informed me of these things before I rented this one.

We had 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 3 months to 11 years. The property was spacious and accommodated us perfectly! All of the beach accessories were a great add. The items they have for children/babies saved us a lot of extra packing too. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and very friendly to interact with. Would definitely stay again and would like to stay at other properties they host.

This was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing! Location was perfect with something for everyone nearby. The owner was incredibly responsive to each and every question we had. We could not be happier and didn’t want to leave. This will be added to the list again in the future!!

It started off rocky with getting in with our code but the owner was very patient with us and answered our call at 1am to fix our issue. We were very grateful. The place was magnificent !!! We didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything. The pool was nice. The room had games and pool table and many things for the kids and grown ups to do. Would highly recommend booking this room. Having a family of 6 there was more than enough space to spread out. BONUS there was a nursery and high chair!! I didn’t have to bring mine which I did anyways but now I know for next time less to pack! Owners were very responsive.

For someone who hasn't lived in High-rise buildings, this stay gave us a different perspective on the sunrises, sunsets and city views. Definitely worth it.

The property is great inside and out. Great overall experience with family. Plenty of space and nice amenities. Convenient location on the beach, good area with nearby parking garage. Expectations exceeded at this property, we plan to return next year. Thank you to our hosts for sharing their property and making the booking, check in, and check out process so simple. The view from this condo was absolutely beautiful. The condo looks exactly like the pictures listed, and it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. My only little criticism is that the towels in the master bedroom could use replacing.

One of the best locations I've ever stayed for a beach location. This is an amazing condo with more than you thought you need. Plenty of room and amazing view. It has wonderful bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, living & dining room, and great kitchen. The pool table, multiple tvs, and big closets are such a nice bonus. Not a thing to complain about and I hope to return soon.

One of the best locations I've ever stayed for a beach location. This is an amazing condo with more than you thought you need. Plenty of room and amazing view. This top floor condo is absolutely beautiful with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The views are amazing. The walk downstairs to the beach takes about three minutes where you will find a sandy beach. We will definitely stay there again!

We loved to be able to have our children and grandchildren all stay in the same place as one big family. The open floor plan of the condo made everything all that much more spacious. The view from the 18th floor was amazing and the lighting was great. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning next year.

This top floor condo is absolutely beautiful with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The views are amazing. The walk downstairs to the beach takes about three minutes where you will find a sandy beach. We will definitely stay there again!

Perfect condo!!
My family loves Windy Hill Dunes and have stayed in this building a number of times. This condo, however, was beyond amazing. Checking in was a easy with absolutely no problems. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need for a week of luxury. It is spacious enough that my family could all have privacy but also had wonderful areas we could all congregate together. Very pleased indeed ❤️

We had a spectacular stay to ring in the New Year at this wonderful property. The condo is lovely, comfortable, and fun. Just Amazing
We have been staying here for the last several years and it never disappoints. Quick response from owner, awesome view, and we will continue to stay here year after year. This is a A++++++ Penthouse.

Home was beautiful and well equipped for our family of eight. Each pair of two appreciated having a private bathroom - a real rarity. We love that there was starter toilet paper and paper towels, along with hand soap in each bathroom.
The view from the balcony is spectacular. The kids loved the pool table and arcade game.
Beach access was very convenient. Having beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and the beach carts to carry it all was a huge bonus as we didn’t have to bring our own. We did enjoy a few spins around the lazy river - we didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but both looked clean and inviting. Lobby was swept and cleaned regularly, which was a welcome surprise for a building so close to the beach. Loading/ unloading zones as well as numerous carts was a big plus.
We intentionally stayed on the North end so we weren’t in the busiest part of town, but did find ourselves going to South Myrtle Beach every day, which took about 15-20 minutes. We realized on our last day here that many businesses have locations North and South. Would have saved some driving time had we realized that sooner.
Owners responded quickly and were very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
