Comfortable bed in new surroundings, and very clean! Walked across the street to walk the beach and see the sunsets, and then walked to yummy restaurant's for dinner. Or a short ride to restaurants. Host was responsive and professional.

We stayed here recently only for 2 nights and not our favorite VRBO that we have done and we have done many. Pros: Location to the Beach is great The cleaning person does a good job There are 2 units in this bldg. and we could not hear the neighbor at all It is pet friendly Cons The neighbors in the bldg next door are noisy!! Party started @2:30am and went until almost 4:30am music etc.. It is very noisy w/ the Mini golf right next door if they are busy. This unit needs a lot of repairs/ maintenance done to it. We owned a property mgmt company for 25 yrs so understand how it all works. hand towel in the bathroom had a few brown stains on it. The grill /grill brush were gross I wouldn't have cooked on that at all. Make sure if you are booking this you know which unit you get. I guess both units have the same pictures of the deck/backyard. We did have the unit that went out onto the deck but was told that the other unit could use it too if they wanted to. I emailed the property mgmr when we got there before we even moved anything in saying I had taken pictures of many of the issues in there and his response was "what issues" to lead me to believe that he hasn't set his eyes on the unit to check it out. fan remotes w/ no batteries to use them lamps w/ no bulbs in them. broken blinds to name a few of the issues. This unit would not be my first choice to go back to. Advise - bring a noise machine to drown out the outdoor noise (and we are not light sleepers) !!

This little duplex was really cute and clean. The location is perfect not far from the beach yet in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. There is a large backyard with tons of seating. There are stores, food and ice cream in several places all within 10 min. You have your choice of two beaches with several pull up locations. We would definitely recommend this rental and would stay if we were in the area again.

Great little one bedroom place very near the beach and backed up to the pass. The place was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very nice and quiet little place. Perfect size for two people and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The back has a deck and green space and you can see the intracoastal waterway. You are only across the street from the public beach access and close to everything you might want to go to. Will definitely book again!

Our cozy pink house was perfect for the two of us! Everything was a breeze. Property manager was nice, as we happened to see him upon check-in. Bed was super comfy, shower had great water pressure, cute deck out back, all appliances were updated and clean. I would recommend this place to everyone. It was centrally located and the trolley stop was right in front of the unit. Super convenient! We loved our stay!

My husband and I recently stayed here for the second year in a row. We absolutely love it. Our only complaint is parking. Last year we were able to park off the street, now it is an easement and the parking near the road is tight. We brought my car this year but a truck will never fit. Other than that it is my probably my favorite place I have ever stayed. Everything is provided for you including laundry detergent. Bed is very comfortable and it is very clean. I really highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and well stocked. Bruce was super kind and helpful. We would love to come back and stay here again!!

This place is great. Beach access across from apt. Back porch area is wonderful for privacy. We stayed 8 nights here and the only thing I would really suggest is a dresser!! We will be back again next year!!!

My husband and I and our two dogs loved this little house for a quick getaway 30 mins away from where we live so we could stay at the beach. It had everything we needed and the beach access is right across the street. Great location and cute little house. Would definitely go back!

The unit was just as advertised and the pictures were accurate. Very clean with many amenities. Great location next to beach access path... short walk to the sand. We would stay here again.

We were so pleasantly surprised that the home was larger than we expected. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our two pups. We have a large breed pup and there were no size or breed restrictions. This was wonderful. The yard area was wonderful, with the back deck and allowed us plenty of outdoor time with our pups overlooking the bay. The beach was so close just across the street. The home was absolutely perfect. My only concern as someone traveling out of town for families is please be aware there are no lifeguards at this beach and there are no flags flying so know what the water conditions are before you take small children. Everyone in town was very pleasant and nice. Not a touristy environment at all. Clearwater beach isn’t far away and neither is several other beaches where there are lifeguards if this is a concern for you. Several wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. We rode bicycles all over the town vs driving. Lots of crosswalks to allow access to both sides of the road. By 11pm everything is closed for the evening so not a lot of “partying” going on at all hours of the night like many other beach towns. Beach was clean and beautiful. Just a perfect spot for a nice carefree vacation. Definitely recommend highly for even a small family or more than 1 couple.

Property is across the street from the beach. Perfect location as it is close to restaurants/bars and shopping. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable!

Although this was supposed to be a NYE trip that Southwest Airlines ruined, it turned out to be a fantastic, and much needed start to my summer break! The property was exactly as stated and the property manager was available and prompt at answering all of my questions prior to arrival. We had everything we needed, with both the beach access crossing and Suncoast Beach Trolley stop right in front of our unit. My family and friends had a great stay! A few minor suggestions would be to add additional mirrors outside of the bathroom so that others can prepare for dinner when the bathroom is occupied, and add additional storage for unpacking so that we are not living out of our suitcase.

Communication from owner was great! The location is fantastic, as you can be at multiple dining options with a short walk. Very short walk to beach! The place is much larger than we anticipated. Looking forward to returning in the near future!

So close to to be an excellent place to stay. Some minor maintenance work needing to be done. A few places that had not been cleaned properly.

We absolutely enjoyed this place! Perfect for a couple. Walk to the beach is minimal. Very thoughtful touches that satisfied every need. Laundry, dishes, all we needed was the food. Every thing else is already here. Plan to return as soon as possible!

This property was exactly as we imagined! It was less than a minute walk to the beach and close to many other attractions!

Our original reservation was double booked by mistake. This was quickly taken care of by Carter Vacation Rentals. We stayed in a very nice home.

The place was great. Perfect for 2 people - lots of room (kitchen, bedroom - a little cramped with the king bed, couch/hang out area, trundle bed, delightful back porch). It would work for 2 adults and 1-2 kids. 3 kids might be too much. Kitchen was spaceous and lovely, though we didn't cook. Pretty much everything was in great shape and nicely decorated (just few exceptions: the grill was pretty beat, the beach equipment had seen better days, there a little wall rot in the bathroom). Wonderful shower. It was nice having the washer/dryer. Oh, and it's literally seconds to the beach. 4 ceiling fans were a delightful touch (and the A/C !!) Many selections of restaurants (PJ' Oyster Bar was our favorite).

Great location right on the main strip right across the street from the beach. Very well maintained unit. Backyard has a small access to the inter coastal. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Enjoyed the back deck. Only issue I would say is it is right next door to a mini golf that can be loud and bright when your trying to relax out back at night.

Such a cute property! We enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area. Close to everything! Beach right across the street. The house is decorated very nice. The bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the back patio with our dog. We will definitely be back.
