Modern and specious apratment. Best for the families or bigger groups (up to 8) I can really recommend it was a pleasant weekend 🙂

Equipment in the kitchen could be better there were some parts missing e.g. cutting board, lack of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Besides of these all was perfect

Very dirty bathroom. Cannot able to take shower due to limited hot water supply for 10 minutes and shower head is low so you can't hang it up above your height for hands free shower and hair wash plus when you put on shower gel u have to turn it off. Also bathroom is very dirty there are flies and insects so I avoided shower during my three days stay. No heater at the apartment so basically very cold all the time in the two bedroom apartment. Road is very noisy bedroom is facing main road so couldn't sleep well and got woken up by motorcycles noises in the early mornings. It is on the 1st floor so expect whenever you do laundry or even walking close to balcony you will exchange eye contacts with strangers which makes you very uncomfortable and unsafe especially alone. Would not recommend at all . Very complicated check in process wasted much time on it plus during my stay cleaners came unannounced at 2pm . Told them not available and they even asked me for money. Very disappointing experience!!

The host Mrs Dimitra was very approachable always available and nice. The apartment is big and new very well located. Supermarket walking distance

Bad hygiene- Floors, doors and windows were dirty. The balcony was unacceptable. Hopefully it is not like this for other guests as everything else was good. As soon as I informed the host suggested to send cleaning ladies but timing was misunderstood and they came late the next day. You could also leave some dish liquids to was the cups/plates.

That the driver helped locate the key box for us.

Good location. Air condition in all rooms. Flat is few years old. Host was very responsive and friendly. We were able to check in earlier.

Very large and comfortable apartment having also a great location in a very beautiful area. Supermarkets, pharmacy, beach, metro stops, marine port, restaurants...all the needed stuff is there

Internet bandwidth was a little bit limited...international upload lower than 1Mbps There was no option to hang the shower in the bathroom at a higher level

Ideal location for the beach and next to my parents' house Host very quickly replaced a kettle broken by previous guests

Earlier guests had caused lots of damage the proprietor had not been notified of

The floorboards around the property are starting to creak

location was far away from city center and need one hour by tram to reach the center.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. Feels like home from the moment you walk into it. Always our first choice for when we visit Athens and Palaion Faliron. Great service from the host, and the additional services like airport transfer are very convenient.

The apartment's cleanliness condition when we arrived was a disappointment, and in the current COVID circumstances it is unacceptable really... It's a real shame because it is a great apartment and we did not have this problem the last time we stayed. Hope it was just a one-off and the next time everything will be OK.

The flat was great with lots of space and spotlessly clean and in fact sterilised which is a huge benefit during these times.

The flat is spacious and traveling with two kids made this a perfect vacation. The WiFi was also perfect we had no problem finding the location and get the key. There where also parking spots available in the street. The location is also excellent, a walking distance from the seaside and from the Tram station from where you can get easily to the Metro station so it is connected to every part of the city. Two near by Grocery stores and Bakery help also a lot. For sure we will come to this flat again.

The apartment is so lovely. Its spacious, bright and breezy with balconies is most rooms. The bathroom is great with modern finishings. The kitchen was immaculate. It would be perfect for a family or a group of friends.
