Apartament is in the quiet neighbourhood, near the bus stop, walking distance to the sea. The kitchen was big and equiped, huge balcony.

Washing machine was not working. AC was only in living room so it was qiute warm in the bedroom.

Self catering well provided for. Host very helpful and neigbourhood pleasant.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable - the worst bed we have endured for very many years! During our stay, it was very hot at night so we had to have air in the bedroom but there was a lot of noise until the early hours of the morning. The noise, combined with the dreadful bed, did not make for a good night.

the position is strategic for our needs and the street is quiet. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

although there are radiators, the owner told us to use only the AC as heating, there is only one AC at the end of the house in the living room hence, bathroom and kitchen were very cold, the bedroom quite cold.

We were waken up every night in the middle of the night, thinking that someone comes in to our apartment. My boyfriend sleeps usually very deeply. But there were just neighbors coming in our out their house. We had a feeling that we were sleeping without walls. Also bedroom is located close to the road on the first floor and we could hear every car and motorbike. I was surprised that in the reviews almost no one mentioned these sounds issues. 20 min walk to Metro but as we mostly stayed in Alimos for us it was not a problem. If you would like to watch city center - it is very far away. If you would like to go to the beach, better fly to the islands, as beaches close to this district were expensive and not so nice Really pity, we are often in Athens and from the first glance we really liked the apartment but because of noise never come back anymore. Would recommend the hosts to put the working table and chair as the place without sleeping over would be very nice for home office - air conditioner + perfect wife are already there

Some Kitchen appliances weren’t clean. No kettle or toaster. Utensils lacking. Owners Personal items were still in view (mirror cabinet above washbasin had personal care products etc.)

The apartment has all amenities you can request and being in a very beautiful and quiet area . The host owner is extremely helpful organizing an airport pick up and drop off the next day at a requested location . Also very flexible with check in and check out times. Totally recommend and would certainly book again in case I need accommodation in this area . Thank you Dionisi for everything !
