wide and comfortable room, exceptional kind and adequate staff! Special thanksgiving to the receptionist Petya and restaurant manager on duty Yordan. They both made me felt special.Praise God for such people

The sound insulation between the rooms is not good enough

Hotel is fairly new. Bed was comfortable.

Restaurant is not good. Bathroom is inconvenient. Breakfast was not offered on our second day because we were the only guests.

Location, architecture, cleanliness

The breakfast was not fresh. We were going back to the hotel late in the night and we could sense that the breakfast was being prepared from the night before. In the morning it tasted like a gum (the fried slices bread and the fried dough). For a 4 star hotel we expected that the room will be cleaned everyday and the bathroom supplies (douche gel, shampoo, toilet paper) would be proved and replaced every day. For the whole stay of 3 nights, no one came into the room to check if we had enough of everything. As I told that to the receptionist as we were checking out, she told me that I should have asked for toilet paper 🤨 The parking lot is very small, so we had to park on the street.
