Room decor was nice

Midnight fire alarm not attended by staff another guest silenced the alarm and we returned not knowing what had happened Room had half a toilet roll and no concierge by the time we realised House keeping let themselves in at 830 without knocking despite checkout at 11am

Near city centre

Nice well equipped room, clean and tidy with everything we needed. Good location, 20 minutes walk to town with very local shops and cafés.

It was on a main road and this was not made clear in the advert. The duvet was a thick winter one (in July!) and found it impossible to sleep. In the end took the cover off and slept under that with the bedspread. Not ideal.

Spacious apartment in a very nice part of Norwich, close to the centre. On site parking is a definite plus. Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good sized ensuite & kitchenette, everything very clean. We had everything we needed including bathrobes & slippers. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!! first of all the staff are nothing but rude and unhelpful the room was unclean, and after sleeping in the bed, I was left with multiple bites over me which has now been confirmed as bed bugs , when I went to cook some food that was left over burnt food in the oven i then payed £30 to stay and extra three hours as our next trip had been postponed, and then received an unkind and rude message from housekeeping, saying that this was not possible, and are now refusing to give me a refund , on top of all of this I called the hotel three times on arrival to please ask them to resend me the email to collect all keys i then waited over an hour to wait for this email which never arrived and was stood outside with heavy bags which then effected our plans for the evening as we couldn’t get into our room to drop our stuff off and then go out , when i called to ask for a refund and explain the issues i had occurred the so called “manager” answered the phone and was again nothing but rude and unhelpful on top of all of this me and my friend heard a voice is being replayed on what only we can assume was a voice recorder, which for starters is illegal and we did not feel safe for the rest of the night safe to say i will not be staying here again

good location for where I needed to be

the bedding was marked. the pillows were dirty and stained and smelt awful. the floor wasn’t clean. the shower wasn’t clean. the draining board wasn’t clean.

The beds are nice….if they are clean.

Upon checking into my room, I noticed the hygiene was awful with makeup on the table, hairs all over the bathroom, kettle filled with filth and the cooker covered in grime/ food where people have been cooking previously. The only thing good was that the bed was made. Further to this, the shower was broken to the point it couldn’t be used and after calling management, I was advised there was nothing they would do for 12 hours (I was staying for 1 night) and they offered me a disability room, this room turned out to be far worse than the first. With this going on, it went on to effect the plans we had travelled so far for. After being reassured by management that they don’t want to deal with these problems on a Saturday afternoon and went on to giggle about the issues we were having. Aside from going into too much detail about the stay, we simply requested some sort of refund or compensation for our unfortunate stay, our emails went on to be ignored and I never got any money back after so many attempts to discuss the issues. I am very disappointed to have spent over £110 for 1 terrible nights stay. I would never stay with this hotel again, purely due to the fact the rooms were nothing like the website, their staff, management, hygiene and level of customer service.

Duvets were slightly thin but that’s just personal preference.

As it looked on the description. Really lovely. lots of lush little cafes and bars all dotted about. Shaun was fab and so helpful and welcoming

the shower shot put about 4 lines of water in Chapelfield which is a shame as it looked so inviting

The quality of the room and layout is top quality. My stay was pleasant. The great touches, liks slippers and dressing gowns are a great addition. Location us excellent to with a nice bar across the road and good shops and takeaways. Perfect

Only staying one night and having to leave

the room had everything, location perfect for strolling into the city centre and the concierge was fabulous, she was so friendly, professional and informative- really made us feel relaxed and welcome
