The owners were very nice & responsive. To no fault of the owner, there was an air conditioner problem which led to a water problem--they responded quickly and the rest of our stay was good. The garage did not fit two vehicles but we did have a pickup truck. Olympics were on at the time of our stay and while the owner was fixing the AC, he took time to help us find the channel and showed us how to operate the remotes! Kitchen was well supplied but would encourage a review of some of the pans. Thank you for the accommodations.

My husband, toddler, and I had a great four nights in this centrally located house. Plenty of room for us, and pack and play plus sheets for the toddler. Loved having the empty garage for the car. Would stay here again as a base for visiting friends in Tallahassee. House was simply furnished, by which I mean it had everything you need with no extra decor or possessions of the owners. AC worked great and ceilings fans helped with hot July weather.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. It had enough room for everyone in our family. Loved the coffee and tea bar! In a great neighborhood, I would stay here again.

Very nice, quaint home in quiet, wooded neighborhood. Close to highway and shopping. We had an early Thanksgiving family gathering and the accommodations truly fit our needs.

Really a gem of a find! Our California family came in for
the holiday and were pleasantly surprised at the house. Very clean, well appointed and centrally located for family activities. Our hosts were always available, even for a late hunt for a forgotten IPad!

I brought my family to their first FSU game. We have 3 young children and the house was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts were very attentive and they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. After a long drive it was very easy to access the property and get settled. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.

I have stayed in a few short-term rental houses over the last couple of years and I would say this one is the best of all of them. The hosts are welcoming and wonderful at communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. I never saw them but had messages from them ensuring our stay was perfect. The house is warm and welcoming, the bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the Televisions are not small. The home is in an established neighborhood with large oak & pine trees. I would recommend this house and will likely stay here again on any future trips.

House is Clean & Comfortable, nice and quiet neighborhood . We have done a lot of Fishing during daytime, So it was a good place to go home to after the beach. The house was equipped with all our needs, kitchen, bathroom and Cappuccino machine. Great Stay for us.

We were in town for FSU move-in. This lovely home served as our home base away from home and gave us a quiet, comfortable place to relax with our Nole, prepare for moving and rest up after the move before heading home. The home is clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants, and an easy drive into downtown and campus. Owners were attentive and ready to assist with any need.

Maria and Sam were superb hosts! The home was exactly as described. Super easy check in. Great home in a very nice neighborhood and close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. A definite home away from home. There were plenty of instructions for everything including how to turn on the beautiful canopy lights on the deck. Perfectly stocked with everything you need. This home is centrally located in the Tallahassee area. The neighborhood is wonderful and the neighbors were kind and courteous. The home is incredibly furnished and apportioned. We needed nothing that was not available. The porch was a great extended family space. I absolutely loved this stay and will definitely book this residence again next time I'm home for a visit.

Really enjoyed our stay at this very nice property in the Gatewood neighborhood of North East Tallahassee. Lots of space, very relaxing and well stocked. Great neighborhood for walking! Close to parks.

I rented Maria and Sam's house for a family visit with our adult daughter and her husband. We come up to Tallahassee periodically and usually stay at one of the local hotels. We will never do that again. For almost the same price, we had an entire house to ourselves. It was spotless, too. Very spacious, and no clutter. It was a rainy weekend, so we took full advantage of all the room, cooking meals together, playing games, and watching movies on the large TV (Netflix is provided). The kitchen was amply supplied, and the coffee bar was stocked. The house is in a quiet walkable neighborhood behind Tallahassee Nurseries (a lovely plant nursery), and just down the street from Trader Joes, TJ Maxx, REI, and various stores and restaurants.

The house was very clean. It is in a nice neighbourhood that is quiet, mature and safe for walking. It was great to have the use of a full garage especially to store our bikes. The owners have taken care to provide a new fridge, dishwasher and 65 inch smart TV. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay, it was a nice and easy entrance, quiet street, which was also fairly clean and well kept, seems like a nice neighborhood.

The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Our stay was smooth and pleasant. Great location for attending wedding activities at Dorothy Oven Park. The closest coffee shop is over one mile away so it’s better to have a rental car or plans to Uber everywhere. The property managers were responsive and helpful.

This property was clean, spacious, and in a quiet, convenient location. Plenty of towels were provided which was nice to see. There is a nice new deck (better than what's currently pictured) for sitting outside. It is an older home and there was some staining around the bedroom ceiling air vent that looked like mildew. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Lovely home, nice neighborhood, wonderful hosts
We love this light, bright, immaculate, spacious, thoughtfully equipped 3-bedroom 2-bath home with a great brand-new deck and a new big-screen tv as well in a pleasant, quiet, convenient northeast Tallahassee residential neighborhood. And as if all that isn’t enough, there’s the exceptionally gracious nearby hosts as well. After a house fire pushed us out of our own Tallahassee home for an extended period this cute, comfy place has been a godsend for my husband and me. We’d heartily recommend it.

Comfortable, Accommodating, Clean
The house was really nice and comfortable, also very clean as other reviewers have noted. It is an older house, though. However, that is almost a given, considering it is in an older, very centrally located neighborhood of Tallahassee. We liked our stay and that we got to experience an authentic Tallahassee neighborhood. The hosts are very accommodating.

Visiting my mom in Tallahassee
I travel to Tallahassee often to check on my mom who lives in a memory care facility. It’s great to have a home away from home to visit with her. We enjoyed the comfortable living room and the large TV. My mom has mobility issues and found it very easy to move around the house and from the garage into the house. There are no stairs except for a few leading to the patio. The owners were very responsive and solved an issue with the garage door remote immediately. The house was exactly like the photos except a new deck is being added.

Hurricane Ida Week Stay
The property was located in a very nice community. Very quiet and peaceful. Looks exactly like the pictures! After 14 hours of driving from Louisiana to Florida, the entire family slept like babies in a house that felt like home. Maria and Sam are incredible property managers! They helped us get settled and even lowered the prices for our stay during a time of crisis. Genuine people, We definitely recommend! The house is fully equipped and ready when you are. Didn’t wanna leave but definitely going back to vacay. It was enough room for 2 adults, boys ages (1,2,5,6) SPACIOUS

This was our third stay here, and we've enjoyed it every time. It suits our needs perfectly, and is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Makes us feel more at home when we're in Tally, and we look forward to staying here again on another trip.
