The location is magnificent. Close to everything.

Some of the stuff is a bit old, but everything seemed to work fine. They came in to clean, which was great, but I didn’t know ahead of time that they were coming.

The location is absolutely perfect if you love the beach. It was easy to access, had lots of dining options, and also a perfect base if wish to explore the deep south coast.

Since it's advertised as a penthouse, I expected a premium experience. While the location is great and the size of the apartment is fantastic, the furnishings, appliances, and some fixtures need attention/maintenance. The blinds throughout the house did not work due to salt corrosion as well as the locks on the sliding doors. This meant blinds could either not be opened or closed and the same would apply to doors. The shower door in the main en-suite is completely broken which also meant I couldn't use it. The water did not heat well, simply didn't heat up warm enough and in most cases, we did not use the cold water. Considering it was winter, the apartment was not equipped to accommodate guests during this time. With only a small 2 bar halogen heater and a small oil heater, this was all we had to heat up 220sqm. Despite checking to establish if the apartment was equipped for the cold weather before my arrival, which I was assured of, my requests were not attended to upon arrival. The blankets were only delivered on the 2nd evening which left the first night rather uncomfortable for my kids and me as we were terribly cold. We used the 3 extra blankets to huddle and sleep together instead which left the two other rooms unoccupied as the apartment was extremely cold, and we needed to move the heaters to the area we occupied. The internal fixtures of the oven are also broken and made it difficult to cook. The appliances could use an update (they are basic cheap Clicks appliances) as well as an addition of an air fryer. Generally, when one is on vacation, you expect to have either a similar level of comfort to your home environment or better...unless, of course, you choose camping. The little things left a bitter taste - The devil is in the details! I'd love to come back in the summertime and hopefully, all the little things will be attended to.

it’s home away from home !!! the views was amazing !!! I would highly recommend this to any couple that feels like having a peaceful get away 👏 … sitting on that balcony in the early hours of the morning was really therapeutical !

Amazing location and views. Staff very responsive and helpful if we needed them for anything. Very clean. Just such a beautiful apartment.
