I liked the view the room was tidy the bathrooms had been renovated.
The furniture was a little tired especially the outdoor furniture. The pool was small and in need to repair. The pictures made it look much bigger than it was and with our large family it was very cramped. I also didn't realise it was two stories which was also a pain.

The location to Front St on Hamilton Island was fantastic. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable, with aircon in each room of the house. The rate included use of a buggy for the duration of our stay. The view was also absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing that could have been better was the quality of the bed and pillows in the main bedroom. The bed was too uncomfortable and the pillows had no support

Main Issue: NO HOT WATER. Even after informing the property people, no action was taken.
The bathrooms were not clean and lot of ants and bugs.
I would not recommend this to anyone. No value for money at all.

The best things is location only
Too buds and non comfortable beds, dirty apartment, too old furniture and overpriced. In addition, too old buggy without maintenance.

The view was magnificent, the space and value for money was fantastic.
The space was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
Use of the buggy was great, as was the airport shuttle service.
The wifi didn't work. A technician came out two days into our stay, however the wifi stopped working again 30 minutes after he'd left.
No extra bin liners provided. Blender in kitchen didn't work. There were ants in the kitchen and bedrooms.

This was our 2nd stay at a Heliconia Grove apartment. Everything was great. Awesome view from the huge balcony. Everything we needed was right there. Awesome pool too.

We booked a fully contained apartment the only issue was the lack of toilet paper and dish washer tablets

The view is stunning, and there was plenty of room for our five adult family. It was very convenient having a kitchen which allowed us to buy food from the local IGA and make our own food, especially as there were long waits at pretty much all of the food providers on the island and many others closed. The golf buggy was incredibly handy, though most of the island is a nice walk away. The location is great but a bit of a hike up the last hill, which is a doozy!
There was no information about the unit, location, or internet password provided. We called everyone we could think of to try to get internet passwords with no response, and did not get the internet which was supposed to be provided throughout the week. A booklet which provided information about the current state of the island would have been appreciated, especially with some things closed because of COVID, which we had to find out about individually.
