Stayed for 8 weeks in winter lovely weather and very good for walks

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in. It is light and airy, well appointed and very comfortable. There are nearby shops and restaurants and the old town and harbour are not far away. You don't need a car as the included airport pickup / drop-off taxi service was great and the frequent coastal bus service stops nearby. However there are good value local car rental shops, Savvas recommended, and we hired for three days to explore the island. Tony gave us all the information we needed well in advance. Martin on hand to greet us and see us off was very friendly ands another nice touch. Altogether excellent. A&R.

Having visited many areas of Cyprus this is by far my favourite The villa is in a brilliant location , seconds from the beach with two great beach bars and with a beautiful walk around the headland to the harbour. The charming old town is a short taxi ride, bus trip or a pleasant longer walk with magnificent views at the top The diversity and quality of the cuisine in Paphos is impressive with several great restaurants close by The villa is very comfortable and well appointed with spectacular sunset views from the balcony , you can even see the sea from the shower If I could live here I would , we have already booked for next year Tony and Sue the hosts are fantastic, very easy and efficient to book with and nothing is too much trouble I would highly recommend a stay

This is a lovely villa- really comfortable and easy to live in - the owner has tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. Linda and Martin explained everything clearly on arrival and they were very helpful ! It was spotlessly clean and everything was in working order. The a/c was especially welcome as the temperature was over 30 degrees. The villa is only a minute's walk from the main road, with all the shops and tavernas, but is down a side road towards the sea, so that it doesn't suffer from the noise of the main road. The seashore is rocky and it is difficult to walk into the sea (although there is a small sandy part with umbrellas), so it was great to sit in the pretty garden under the umbrella and have a read!

I was thinking not to share this review so the villa doesnt get booked up and I can keep it all too myself. Selfish I know. Absolutely wonderful ticked all our holiday wish box and more. Sea view ? Your actually a few strides from a safe clean beach and crystal blue waters with Lifeguard, sunbeds parasols!!✔️ Walk to the left or right on the beach path within a few steps, beach snack bars and drinks.✔️ With an evening sunset that will amaze you as it touches on the sea ✔️ Walk a 15- 20 min coastal path walk or a quicker ( early am run 🙄) cycle , and your at Paphos Harbour shops bars restaurants✔️. The villa is Central not only to Paphos Harbour but all surrounding areas Coral Bay , Old Paphos etc ✔️ With trips to booking offices just on the main road, a few steps away. Visit Nicosia, Polis Latchi, boat trips and much more. The overly efficient bus service takes you all over Paphos. if your thinking catching a bus sounds daunting, it truly isn't. More like a hop on and off service, brilliant, every 15 mins, till 1am (Takes 5 mins to Paphos approx 12 mins to Coral bay ), Definitely no need for a car if you choose not too.✔️ On this road also is a plethora of bars, restaurants. snack bars, shops and mini markets, bakery, pharmacy yet, the villa was so so quiet and peaceful you wouldnt know they were there. That all said how easy it is to get around and what a perfect positioned villa. you could just sit around the sun trap villa , chill relax and lounge on the many open spaces around the villa, or sit on your own balcony with morning cuppa or evening wine with a view that is fit for a brochure ✔️ The goats across the road will keep any child entertained Exceptionally clean✔️ Spacious✔️All home amenities literally and more ✔️ Don't under estimate the free WiFi and Cable TV, Air Conditioning its priceless and is yet another 👀✔️ Not forgetting airport transfers, meet and greet , and sadly goodbye with lovely caring people I know how important to get your family holiday right, well here will guarantee not only right but perfect. We have used privately owned holiday rental properties 2 to 3 times a year for over 25 years and this villa is up there with the best . Communication with Tony the owner was friendly and efficient at all times. The airport transfer which is included as part of the rental was spot on and made that part of holiday stress free. The meet and greet service provided by Martin and Linda was also appreciated and gave us the confidence that if there was any issues or problems whilst staying at the villa they would have been rectified promptly. The villa was very good , well equipped and clean. The view from the bedroom balcony was beautiful and the watching of the 12+ goats on the nature reserve was a joy every day. The location could not have been any better and you are spoiled for choice with many bars and restaurants with easy walking distance. We ate out most of the time and had some really enjoyable meals . You are spoilt for choice with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. There were also two venues 5 minute walk away which also showed English football.Paphos harbour restaurants were also very good and was a lovely walk along the coastal path. The mall was 15 minute walk away and the supermarket at the mall was also good . We don’t normally revisit holiday properties but we will be rebooking this villa again next year for some more winter/spring sun. Kind regards Paul and Bernie Taylor

Well equipped villa with a lovely Seaview bedroom balcony and good outdoor terrace with seating. Great communication with the owner Tony, and Martin and Linda at the villa. Great location, 15 minutes walk from paphos town or restaurants a couple of minutes walk. Lovely relaxing stay. Appreciate free taxi transfer , takes the stress away . Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed here in 3rd week of March 2022, despite encountering cool and wet conditions we enjoyed our stay in Cyprus at this property, Martin meet us on our arrival by arranged taxi and showed us around and called again during the week to make sure we were ok for everything. The property is spotless, very well equipped throughout, especially the brand new kitchen. A great location close to the beach and the coastal path to the Harbor and shops, pubs and restaurants are also very close. Despite having to leave at 5am on departure Martin called around to see us off and collect the keys and make sure our taxi arrived. Highly recommended.

We liked everything about this villa and found it as per the pictures and as advertised. A real home from home. Air conditioning and fans very welcome and effective. The communication with Tony the owner was excellent and we felt we were in good hands. The location of the villa is also excellent. We particularly enjoyed the coastal path walk to the Harbour area most evenings and the view of the sea from the balcony in the morning (before it got too hot for us!). A short walk to bank, bakery, bars and the Mall. Would recommend this property.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, das alles hält was es verspricht. Wir hatten mit unseren 2 Kindern einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Paphos. Neben der Strandnähe bietet das Haus auch die Nähe zu fast allen Spots in Paphos, sowohl zu den Ausgrabungsstätten, als auch zur Unterhaltung für Familien, wie Minigolf, Kartbahn oder Zoo. Die Nähe zu Hauptstraße mit Pubs, Restaurants und Karaoke Clubs haben wir auch spät Abends / Nachts bei offenen Fenstern nicht als störend empfunden. Auf den ersten Blick empfanden wir den Strand als nicht so toll, weil es ein Felsenstrand ist. Allerdings entpuppte sich gerade der Strand als optimal, für Kinder und Familien. Klar kann man die Kleinen wegen des teilweise starken Wellengangs nie unbeaufsichtigt ins Wasser lassen. Aber gerade für die ganz kleinen gibt es in den Becken die sich in Ufernähe bilden jeden Tag etwas neues zu entdecken und dort ist das Planschen auch gefahrlos möglich. Wir empfehlen Wasserschuhe (kann man auch an allen Kiosken vor Ort oder in der nahegelegenen Mall kaufen). Die Kommunikation mit Tony war vom ersten Buchungstag an hervorragend. Wir haben schon mehrfach Ferienhäuser hier gebucht, aber das war schon außergewöhnlich. Auch bei der Anreise und unserem Aufenthalt fühlten wir uns durch Janet und Carol sehr gut betreut. Wir hatten das Glück Tony am Anreisetag kurz persönlich kennenlernen zu dürfen. I really want to say thank you to Tony, Janet and Carol for the excellent support, before, during and at the last day of our holiday. We had a great stay at Paphos.

This is a lovely property a stone's throw from the beach and with a view of the lighthouse and sea from the upstairs balcony. It is well attended to by the very helpful Ex-pat Jan who met us and arranged transport to the airport which was wonderful. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need and is to all the restaurants and shopping mall, the only downside of that is that the pubs play amplified music late at night so if you like to sleep before midnight the noise can disturb when windows are open. The walk into town along the seafront is very pleasant too. Thank you Tony and Jan.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms, with comfortable beds and a very spacious shower room, clean bright and airy.There is a large balcony off the double room. Downstairs, is great, dining table, 2 couches TV (English Channels), the kitchen and sitting room are very well equipped. Plenty of outside space and seating. You really can relax here. We expected to be around the Harbour area most of the time. But we mainly stayed local, as the quality of the restaurants and bars were so high and very good value. The beach bar was a revelation, definitely well worth going to, only a short walk, best cheese and ham toastie, we have had. Tony's communication throughout has been excellent, no question, we are looking forward to returning.

Everything you need is on hand and Janet is only a phone call away to deal with any issues. It was great to stay there and we will look to stay there again in the future. Super nettes Haus, mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem geräumigen Bad. Aircondition ist super gut zu Regeln . Nette Küche netter balkon, und viel nette Restaurants und bars in der Umgebung. Alles sauber und gut.

This was our second stay in the villa and we would have been more often but unfortunately it was booked when we were heading to Paphos. It's extremely good value for money especially with private taxi transfers and air con included in the price, a lot of other places charge extra for air con and in July I can imagine a hefty bill could be built up. The location is great, a few minutes walk to the nearest beach and a minutes walk to Tomb of the Kings road with a multitude of bars and restaraunts and the main bus route to Coral Bay or the harbour. The walk to the harbour is about 15 to 20 mins but in the July sun the bus service is probably the better option unless you're walking early morning or late at night. Despite the close proximity to the bars etc the villa is very peaceful and quite so you get the best of both world's. There's loads of space around the villa and great to get a bit of shade and outside dining. Theres also a great balcony upstairs with fantastic sea views. The villa is a good size with loads of storage and the toilet/shower room has been extended since our first visit. There's also free Wi-Fi which is great especially when you have kids! The TV is through an internet connection which can buffer sometimes but this is a good trade off for the huge amount of channels, other places we've stayed usually just have a couple of news channels and the rest are foreign. Having said that, we weren't really there to watch TV anyway but there's a load of kids TV channels which can provide a bit of respite! Janet, who looks after the villa for the owner, is lovely and would be a mine of information for anyone who hadn't been to Paphos before. The owner, Tony, was in touch with plenty of information and very pleasant to deal with. He was also extremely kind to let us have a late checkout out for our evening flight and this was greatly appreciated by us all. We won't hesitate to book again in the future and I would recommend the villa to anyone.

The harbour is a fifteen minutes walk and all the other local attractions are less than fifteen minutes walk. We will certainly be back.

The villa was excellent, really well appointed, 100 metres from the coastal promenade. We were able to have breakfast and lunch on the terrace, the weather being mostly warm and sunny. The area is well served for bars and restaurants, the harbour 25 minutes walk. Pick up from the airport was an added bonus. It was also great value for money, and I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this holiday property.

Thank you for a lovely holiday. The villa was very comfortable, with lovely views and close to the beach and all amenities on Tomb of the Kings Road. Thank you also for arranging taxi transfers. Janet was very helpful when we had a problem with the air conditioning, (which has now been rectified), and supplied a very efficient fan immediately.

Home from home villa in a perfect location. Short walk to beach with snack bar and sun beds to hire. Even shorter walk to bars and restaurants yet the villa is in a peaceful area with sea view and fabulous sunsets! Thank you for a lovely holiday and for arranging taxi transfers and car hire.

Everything in the villas description was spot on. We drove ourselves from the airport with easy to follow instructions from Tony (although we had the option of being collected by Janet & David). They were at the villa when we arrived to show us around & recomend places to eat & drink as well as places to visit. The villa is located within a couple of minutes walk for most of your needs. We only stayed the week but 2 - 3 weeks would have been ideal. Had a fabulous time. Reluctant to return home. Many thanks to Tony for allowing us the use of his lovely villa, & a particular thanks to Janet & David for their help & information. Will definitely book again.
