Casa histórica totalmente remodelada en el centro de Chattanooga. Ubicado en el área de la Universidad donde se abren los restaurantes, cervecerías artesanales y minoristas más nuevos de Chattanooga. Nuestra casa tiene un ambiente urbano y cómodo con grandes ventanales para la luz natural, pisos de madera noble y techos altos. Tenemos un dormitorio con cama King, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, un dormitorio con 2 camas de tamaño completo y un "medio" dormitorio con una cama individual. Esta habitación está separada por una cortina para mayor privacidad, pero no tiene puerta para separar. Un baño completo con bañera / ducha combinada se encuentra al final del pasillo de arriba por lo que es perfectamente privado. Un baño completo se encuentra en la planta baja, cuenta con una ducha y es muy conveniente para su estancia. En la planta baja den y comedor fluyen juntos para entretener a una multitud. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, incluido el microondas. Tenemos lavadora y secadora de vapor. Para disfrutar al aire libre tenemos una nueva terraza privada en la entrada trasera y un gran porche. Incluye TV por cable y conexión Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. House is in a good spot and close to everything in Chattanooga.

The house was perfect for our group of 6. The location was also convenient with food, shopping, and entertainment options either at a walking distance or a 5-10 min drive from the house; with the remainder of Chattanooga within a 15 min drive. The host is very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would seriously consider re-booking for future trips.

My friends gather every year and we are so happy we choose this house! We all had our own bed but we were still together! The house was lovely with the old and new architecture, very comfortable and convenient to SO MANY places! It was a pleasure to stay here and easy to access. We were sad to leave! Thank you for a wonderful respite!

Home was perfect for 6 adults over four nights, convenient to downtown and adjacent to a great neighborhood with breweries and eateries. Host was excellent.

We had a wonderful time visiting Chattanooga for our celebration. The house was a great property. It was very clean and in a good location. We actually rode electric bikes from downtown to the house one afternoon. It was really close to everything. The den is a bit smaller than I had thought when booking. Also, it is on a busy street and noise from traffic woke me up several times over the several days we stayed. Other than that it was a perfect place for us.

We were in Chattanooga for the IronMan and this location and layout was perfect for our family. It is in a transition location but we never felt unsafe. Parking was a breeze, great to have laundry accessible in the unit and the rooms were well appointed.

Nicely remodeled house that was close to our events. Had everything we needed. Busy road at night and we are not used to traffic noise.

Property was exactly as described. Perfectly cleaned. No issues with WiFi or TVs. Nice towels and linens. Great to have W/D on site since we had 1 & 5 y/o. We felt quite safe in the city neighborhood & appreciated being close to everything. Downtown has wonderful art museum and aquarium.
Suggest adding small shelf unit to upstairs bathroom for renters accessories & maybe clothes hooks to inside of bedroom & bathroom doors. We enjoyed the Bundt cakes that greeted us when opening the fridge for the first time. Thank you!

The house is amazing and had a lot of space for us to spread out. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit. It was either too cold or wet for us to enjoy the outdoor porch (more shaded in the afternoons), but we sat on the sunny front porch a few times just to watch the world pass by. The house had everything we needed and loved our time there. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative. We hope to stay there again!!

This location was awesome- close to everything. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and our kids loved that they all got their own bed. Our favorite rental in Chattanooga by far! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our weekend at this house. It was close to town, clean, organized and well equipped with everything one might want . Lisa was responsive and helpful. I would recommend it!

We had three couples stay at the house for the weekend. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen flatware and utensils, comfortable beds, good size TV. It was about a mile from downtown, so walkable or a 5 min drive. We had a great time!

We visited Chattanooga for a small vacay and for our daughter’s UTC orientation! UTC campus is so close! The home is close to the best shopping, brewery’s and more! It was only a short drive to visit “See Rock City” and the railway incline!
The house was perfect, very clean and felt like we were at home! The owners were great and very flexible with our travel schedule. They have done a great job with every detail of this home! Thank you for small cakes, so thoughtful! We hope to book this home often once our daughter moves to Chattanooga in the fall!

We came to Chattanooga for my niece’s wedding and stayed for the weekend. The property was Extremely convenient to UTC campus, restaurants, and all the events. Everything was very nice! Thanks Lisa and Tom for the delicious muffins!

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. My kids loved staying in the 3 bed bedroom all together! It was also nice to be able to put kids to bed upstairs and have the whole downstairs to the adult for the rest of the evening (TV was loaded with anything you would want to watch)
It was so convenient being just a few minutes drive from all the fun activities in downtown Chattanooga and across the river.
The kids are already asking when we are going to come back!

Close to EVERYTHING downtown!
We LOVED our stay at this home! The house was comfortable and clean. We loved the location - we had a group of 3 adult women and 2 small kids, and we felt very safe and secure. We were only 5 mins from everything we were looking to experience in downtown. Communication with the owner was fast and flawless.
A couple things to note:
- This home is right on a very busy intersection so if you're not used to road noise, be prepared with some white noise machines for sleeping.
- The stairs are on the steeper side so just keep that in mind if you have someone who has difficulty with steps.
We won't hesitate to stay in this lovely house again in the future!
