Nice and spacious room
Walls of the room looked a bit banged up and grimly at the lower levels.

Location
We hoped for at least a view of the river. Our view was a filthy window looking at a an heat/air unit on a roof.
Breakfast was horrible. No variety, cold and stale
Beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows were wafer flat

Convenient location, Riverview
Parking availability. Even with concierge service took a while to get my car. I would prefer just being able to park and walk. It’s not a large location.

The staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good.
There was a very large wet spot on the floor to one side of the bed and the light over the bathroom sink did not work. The desk clerk said they did not have a maintenance man and offered to move is or deduct the overnight parking fee. Since we were there just one night, we opted for the latter.

Beautiful facility and friendly staff. Excellent location - river view and near many amenities.
We had to ask housekeeping to bring clean towels.
Also, even though we had paid for parking as part of our fee, we received a ticket. The first clerk we spoke to upon check in didn't tell us to get a parking pass from valet. We've since spoken to 2 different valets , but the parking ticket hasn't been removed.

Location and overall property were great!
There were two fights that broke out at bar apparently and then they brought all the noise upstairs waking up my 2 children under 2…. Called down to front desk 3 times trying to get them to assist and quite people down and noise didn’t cease until about 3 am. Understand employees aren’t totally responsible for guests but at same point more should of been done to quite people in hallways/rooms between 12 am and 3 am.

Convenient to locations we where visiting.
Beds where not as comfortable as I thought they would be. There was 6 of us booked for the room but only 4 bath towels so we had to ask for more. I would have figured since there was a certain number booked there would have been that many towels already available for us.

The rooms view but wasn't there to look out a window. I can't think of anything. The staff even, maintenance we ran into was polite.

The room was large, clean and quiet. We enjoyed having a suite, the pool and hot tub were nice. the breakfast was good although it would be nice if it were available until 10 am. Having coffee available all day was great. There is a lovely patio area with nice furniture and fireplaces that overlooks the river. would be a nice place to relax in good weather. The staff was friendly.
Our room lacked storage, had only 1 towel rod and the shower head dripped constantly. To be fair, we reported the issue but told the desk we really did not want a plumber there while we were there. We stayed 2 nights and no one ever came to clean the room or empty our trash. We had a balcony but the screen was broken. None of these issues are major but I expect more from a Marriott property. Also did not like that parking was $14 per day. I knew this when I booked and we were expecting a parking garage. This was just a large parking lot right there on sight.

Breakfast was really good. The indoor pool and hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of driving and walking. The view was amazing.
We came down later for breakfast, instead of letting us know they were packing it up, they actively tried to pick up what we were trying to plate. And said nothing while doing it. We understand it might have been time for it to end but some communication just would have been nice.

The parking is a NIGHTMARE. You really should do something about that. And the breakfast could offer more than waffles and oatmeal and eggs.
