Only the location!

Studio 1! Absolutely discusting!! as soon as we open the door a very bad smell came from the sewers that never stopped to smell.. we were forced to clean the whole room ourselfes as the floor was full of ants nests and also a mouse was running on the bed that we were supposed to sleep.. the room was not clean for a long time for sure. underneath the bed we found everything.. a lot of dust , spider nets, and also a baby sock and mice fieces.. also the room floor was just plain cement and when ever you was taking a shower the water was doing a big paddle on the next rooms floor.. also the Tv was missing from the room.. this room should not be available for rent at all..! we spend our money to sleep in a dumb place, breathing dust and live with rottens and insects..! the hosts was actually very polite and helpful but.... thats not ideal..!

It's a fantastic family run place made us feel both very welcome and only feet away from the beach.. Suitable for a quiet peaceful holiday.

Perfect breakfast, perfect location, perfect owner.

Excellent view and the sound of the waves! My daughter loved the halloumi and we all loved the home made marmelade: strawberries and orange. Big and comfortable bed, airconditioning, fridge and possibility to make your tea. We have rented 2 bungalows. The host was answering fast our requests and he was very helpfull as we have forgotten the adapters for the power supply. He showed us the fresh oregano. A big thank you we had a great moment.

The arrival at the property and the behind view is raising questions and for a moment you wander if you made a good choice...but once you are in front and you see the view and inside of the rooms, you feel reassured😅

Great domestic atmosphere by owners, awesome breakfast cooked by owner himself. Peaceful place to spend a weekend far from "civilisation".

All good if you set your expectations correctly - it is not a 5* star hotel, but rather a village-style point of relaxation. Take some swimming shoes with you, be prepared for insects (ground floor) and just enjoy your staying :) Motion alarm system is a bit disturbing though

The location. Right on the water on a private beach. The owner was very nice. We got coffee the minute we got out , and the breakfast is great

The room wasn’t clean enough. The sheets weren’t clean. We found ants on the bed. We got tea and coffee but no kettle.

This is a family business, and like a good one, they treated us like family - worm, kind and making any possible effort to fill our requests. There are 4 huts (suites), and luckily we asked for 4 separate cabins, so the entire place was at our disposal. The place is quiet, the view is magnificent, the beach is nice and approaching it is easy (we had with us a 2 years old baby). Breakfast is a local, tasty and filling. Having a rented car, local surrounding shops are within minutes driving.

The place seems to be yet under development, but this did not disturb us, as all the work is done by the owners. We had some smelling problems in some of the suites, but hope it will be solved in the near future. Guessing that by the next time we get there, all suites' decoration, including bathrooms, will be complete.

Lovely tiny house near the sea. The owners waited for us to arrive late in the evening. Brought us a breakfast early in the morning, after a swim in the sea. We loved our stay.

The location was amazing !!! Super clear water a few meters from the front bedroom door. Great swimming right out the front. Beautiful, friendly hosts couldn't ask for anything more. Very quiet and secluded location.

Maybe add a weather strip to the bottom of the front door to try and stop insects coming into the room. Bring mosquito 🦟 spray if wanting to be outside at night or early morning as with most places around the world 🙂

4 studios with a simple standard for nature lovers and for guests who love simple life and tranquility. It is a pleasure to look at the starry sky in the evening and to listen to the sound of the waves. The king size beds are very comfortable. The owners are very nice and helpful. In the morning, breakfast is brought to your own terrace. The typical Cypriot breakfast with homemade jam, vegetables and salad partly from their own garden in organic quality. Individual requests such as a vegetarian breakfast are taken into account. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Between the studios there is a herb garden with vegetables and flowers, it smells wonderful! The accommodation has a private beach with stones, it is easy to get into the water with bathing shoes.

The cleanliness is not satisfactory (dust, cobwebs, dirty windows and sink, etc.) For reasons of hygiene, there should be a clean shower mat for new guests. Apart from that, the accommodation is highly recommended, and I would love to come back!

We spent 7 nights with my husband here. I can tell this is the real Eden. You go to sleep listening to the voice of the sea and wake up for the same music. The bed is huge and really comfy. The breakfast was very delicious, a little taste of Cyprus with bio vegetables. Quiet, peaceful area where we found our own private beach. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will come back to enjoy the great hospitality and wonderful environment.

Fantastic, kind and friendly staff and welcome! The location was right on the sea front. There was a lovely little wooden balcony at the front which was very cosy. They also provided sun loungers! The shower was lovely and warm and very powerful!

It just could have done with a more thorough clean, especially the bathroom. Hand soap in the bathroom would have been helpful too.

The location of this property was amazing with the sea view. The owner was very warm and friendly and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. I was very happy there was a fridge in the room and there was a kettle with tea and coffee..

This was described as a deluxe room, but it was very basic. The room wasn't very clean. Bear in mind the location and the mosquitoes in the summer evenings. There is no protection and we had about 50 in our room overnight. There are big gaps in the bottom of the door and frame. so the room is not totally sound proof. I do think the room is over-priced, and you are definitely paying for the location.

Not very clean. Bedding not fresh. Very cold at night! had to switch on the heating because of very thin bed linen.

The quite location directly at the coast was very nice. Brakfast was good. The owner friendly.

There is no reception or anything. Just four little huts. So,when we arrived there, we had to find out where to call in order for the owner to come by opening our hut.

we loved the warm welcome, the beautiful location right next to the sea, breakfast was delicious, with freshly picked tomatoes from the garden! Rustic in a good way and very peaceful. Highly recommended.

A perfect place if you are after a the feeling of a vacation on a remote island with a few friendly people around. Not for people seeking luxury.

Great holidays, very friendly hosts. We loved it. If you want to escape somewhere and be on your own, this is the perfect spot. And the palm tree on the beach is cherry on top.

Argyros and Maria were really nice in welcoming us and prepered for us great breakfasts. Very beautiful view just in front of the sea.
