Good location, super friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner.

The employee who works next to the swimming pool and gave towels. He was so angry all the time. My child doesn't know how to dive but he came and told us (using an angry voice) "Do you understand this? Tell it to your child!" (pointed at the picture, what I already saw, that diving is not allowed.). We both were so scared because my child didn't do anything wrong. I wanted to stay longer but after this situation moved to another hotel and it was a good decision. Finally, we had a change to swim normally.

Everything was perfect, the location is great, parking lot right in front of the hotel, easy to get to the beach, nice view, a supermarket nearby. The hotel has all the facilities you need, its clean, cozy, has a great pool, we went with a 2 yo baby, there is no pool for kids but the regular pool has a shallow side with sunbeds where you can safely sit with kids. The room was big enough, good AC, very clean, smells nice, no bugs or mosquitos. The bathroom was very clean, the balcony on the ground floor was great, with pool view and plants. The food was diverse, tasty and fresh every day. The coffee is better that the regular hotel coffee in BG. We had a very good time and we will come back at this hotel for sure.

It was an excellent stay in Ibis Styles. We did not expect such a warm welcome, such a new glowing renovated hotel and an amazing , most welcoming team, working there! A special thanks to Viktoria, the manager, to reception girls, and to the restaurant team : Ivo , Olga and Petr. Breakfasts were always fresh, tasty and also it is a very good choice of amazing bulgarian food. New coffee machines with tasty coffee (not always like that in the other hotels). Plenty of fresh vegetables snd fruits. We tried dinners, too. It was very good, too. The main word is : tasty.So , special thanks to the restaurant chefs, too! And the last , but not the least : it is very clean, the hotel. And our cleaning lady, Nelly, on the 5th floor , was very very good. So i can recall it as a comfortable and pleasant stay , warm and welcoming people around you - so we felt almost at home!!!

We loved everything. Only one small comment, but important : in the bathrooms, it would be very useful to have hooks for clothes, and little shelvs in the shower for shampoo, soap and such as…Shelving system there would be very good.

I was travelling with the group of friends to celebrate the wedding and was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. The room was spacious, stylish and very clean. The choice of food at breakfast was great and dinners were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach. We had great experience staying at Ibis Styles Golden Sands Roomer hotel. I would definitely recommend it to fiends.

The room was spacious, clean, modern, with a "beach vibe". The pool was clean and was a bonus. The breakfast was very good. The location is 5 minutes away, on foot, from the beach.

The location is perfect for a seaside vacation. The room was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was kind and helped us with everything.

The pool area is in shade in the afternoon so you can only tan in the morning.

Room was very nice, big and had everything what we need - comfy bed, big shower, terrase, climatisation, towels. Kind service, good breakfast. Little confused that we missed ordered some food. Outside pool was perfect - clear water.

The hotel is entirely renewed. Big and comfortable rooms with a balcony. The rooms have a large bed, sitting/resting areas, fridge, mirror and a lot of shelves. The room and the bathroom have been cleaned every day, the garbage was taken and the towels were changed. In general the hotel is kept clean and shining. The interior is modern, welcoming and you can really feel like at home. The pool is big and clean and each client can rest near the pool during the whole day. On breakfast there are different meals for every taste and mood. Very delicious. They keep serving meals even close to the end of the breakfast time. Lunch can be ordered on a la cart type in the hotel's restaurant. Very very delicious and the prices are good compared to others restaurant in the town. Staff is very polite, always smiling and were there for any questions or requests. Parking place is available right a front of the hotel, 15 BGN per day. Golden Sands is a very beautiful place with large and clean beach side. But the beach furnitures like umbrella or bed are a little expensive - 12 BGN each. Also, there are a lot of seesights nearby. In general, it was a great holiday spent there and we will come back for sure.

All needed amenities (bar, lounge zone, open air area, good pool) are there. Tasty dinners with diverse menu. Breakfast is quite standard. Minimal cleaning is performed every day. Staff is friendly and do their best to make your visit nice. It seems all your requests will be heard. Quality-price ratio is good overall.

We stayed at Ibis Styles for 1 week at the end of July this year. We had to come back last weekend! The rooms are renovated, spacious, clean and very well designed to fit every need. The staff is very well trained, always have a smile on their face and ready to help. The food is tasty and the prices are very good. There is a mini-forest on one side of the hotel which is very nice. The beach is at 3-4 minutes away from the hotel which also has a big, clean pool. The parking is 15 bgn/day (you can ask at the reception for a place to park). Congratulations to the manager! She is doing an excellent job to make sure everyone has the best experience at this hotel. In summer of 2022 two sunbeds with one umbrella on the beach cost 42 bgn/day. See you in June!

amazing hotel, very large rooms with great design, lots of storage places, big beds, large and very nice bathroom -everything is set for absolute comfort 10mins walking distance to the beach and also to the center of golden sands (international hotel & casino) receptionist was very nice, helping with the parking and very helpfull and available all the time a calm place when you can relax, nothing will bother you pet friendly rooms on the back of the hotel have a view towards a garden with many threes - natural shadow all day long limited no. of parking lots at the hotel, but they will help find another parking nearby if these are all ocupied breakfast was nice, lots of options to choose from we had also dinner which is buffet - very good too nice and clean pool where you can relax, order a cocktail etc we’ll come back for sure

hard to find something that we didn’t like, maybe the refrigerator could be a bit more powerful
