Muy cerca del centro, ideal para el objetivo de mi estancia

Superó nuestras expectativas. Relación calidad-precio excelente. Apartamento bien equipado. La decoración y los muebles son clásicos pero está impoluto y tiene todo lo necesario y todo funciona correctamente. Está a 5 minutos a pie del centro de los Llanos (restaurantes, bares y otros servicios), lugar tranquilo. Supermercado grande (hiperdino) a 5 min a pie. Facilidad para aparcar en la calle en la época en que fuimos (mayo). Anfitrión muy atento.

Por poner una pega, no tiene persianas.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut ( in 5-10 Minuten im Zentrum). Die Ausstattung der Küche und der Wohnung ist sehr gut und lässt kaum etwas vermissen wie auch auf den Bildern der Beschreibung ersichtlich. Ein Café und Lebensmittelläden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Internetempfang und Fernsehempfang arbeiten sehr zuverlässig und kostenlos (nach deutschen Programmen habe ich nicht gesucht, daher keine Aussage hierzu). Eine Benutzung der Waschmaschine im Extraraum auf dem Dach ist kostenlos möglich mit Trocknung an der frischen Luft an der Wäscheleine (Sonnenuntergang am Abend!). Als Abrundung sind die verschiedenen Stockwerke mit dem Aufzug erreichbar.

Die Anschaffung eines Schälers für Salatgurken könnte helfen. Steckdosen sind ein wenig Mangelware, aber vermutlich eine Sünde der Vergangenheit.

Excellent one-bedroom flat in the centre of Los Llanos. Highly recommended. Very well equipped. Comfortable bed with good bedside reading lights (a rarity in travel accommodation). Cafe in the corner, shops and restaurants near at hand. Host was very helpful, waiting until nearly midnight to let us in after travel delays.

I spent two weeks altogether in this apartment. It has a well-equipped kitchen/living-area. The owner left out fruits and wine as a welcome gift. Plus maps & tourist information. And plentiful towels and toiletries like shampoo and shaving-gel. There are bars and restaurants within a two minute walk from the building's exit. And a large supermarket about a five-minute walk away. From the rooftop (where you can hang laundry), you can see the spectacular wall of the Caldera in the distance; and perhaps a beautiful sunset over the Atlantic. This is a good base for day-hikes; or visits to the beaches. (Los Lllanos de Aridane is a hub for many bus-routes, to get around the island.)

The apartment is on the first floor. There's a bar at ground-level, on the corner. Mostly, this isn't an issue, but sometimes there's noise from the bar, especially on weekend nights. (And the bar-staff like to smoke on the street below the bedroom-window of the apartment.)

Good wifi Good contact to the owner Good equipment in the kitchen It is cosy Very nice to get a bottle of wine and a big box of fruits in the beginning There is a bar downstairs.but that was for me not loud.sometimes you hear some people talking,but not desturbing.There was no loud music. There are some other bars in the street,it is a nice flair with sitting options and contact to the people If you go out of the house there is a small supermarket and a bakery.2 min.far away there is a big supermarket I would stay here again.

Very clean and spacious apartment, good range of cooking equipment, easy lift access and only a short walk from local bus stop. Good location at the top of the old part of town, Easy access to Caldera and other good walking locations. Great fun to be there at festival time. It was very kind of owner to provide fruit and local wine on arrival.

No complaints

The apartment was excellent, everything you needed was there. It is in a residential building, not a holiday complex, not far from the main square Plaza Espana. There is a bar below the apartments. Punto de Encuentro, popular with friendly local people. There is not a Reception or Office, you let them know when you are arriving and someone comes with the keys. The owners kept in constant communication, but a mix up with my arriving was sorted out with not too much problem.

Maybe provide welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar sachets, milk for people arriving late. Nothing else to dislke.
