Our family loved our stay at the Legacy Villas. There was plenty to do with our two toddlers. It was great to be so close to a kid-friendly pool and we enjoyed walks around the property each evening. Would visit again!

We love Legacy Villas! We’ve stayed in all sorts of units (upstairs; on the main pool; in the very back, etc.). For this trip we traveled with our two kids (1 and 4) and two small dogs. I prefer lower units with the kids.
As for the unit, it was very comfortable; nice appliances; and was well stocked (better than others we’ve stayed in). I was a little nervous due to the location, but it ended up being fine. You are right up front and can view the main road, but it was still quiet, private and priced appropriately (lower end). I prefer locations away from the main pool when it’s busy (yet still only a few minutes walk to the main pool), so this unit was great for that. The unit also has an assigned parking spot, which was nice, because a lot of the other units do not. It also included cleaning supplies, which I appreciate.
Skip, the manager, was great and very responsive.
The unit does NOT include a pack-n-play or any other kid items, which would have been helpful.
Overall, we have a wonderful time at Legacy Villas every time regardless of what unit we stay in. Every unit has its pros and cons (I have yet to find the perfect one).

We had a great stay at the property. Location was perfect, large rooms, comfortable beds. Unit is nicely spread out so works very well for groups. The unit had everything we needed, and the community was nice and quiet with great amenities. Would definitely book again.

Great location at the base of the mountain. Beautiful. The pool in our area was great and the hot tub was a bonus. Especially after dinner for a relaxing soak. Enjoyed everything except noisy people above us. If we went back, would look for a second floor.
The cafe was very good and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

My brother and myself stayed at your gorgeous villa the 1st week of November for a family wedding and couldnt have been happier!!

This condo is in a great location and we’ve enjoyed the total privacy of the patio area. It’s very close to the main pool area. The condo was very clean and was a great set up for the weekend visits from our daughter her family. It was very comfortable to have the extra four people with the second bedroom and bath giving the extra space needed for her family of four. We’ve stayed at this condo twice, and we hope to be back at a some future date!

The Legacy is a great location and this was our fifth visit to this complex. The proximity of this condo to the main pool and entrance is ideal, but the unit itself leaves a lot to be desired. If you’re visiting on a tight budget this is worth considering, but keep in mind the following:
Bedding and towels are very dated and should be replaced. The bed mattress are ok and pillows were fine.
The kitchen is supplied with bare essentials. Would be nice if they considered adding a couple platters, a baking sheet or dish, or even a spatula of bbq tongs. Again, very minimal and disappointing.
The interior is very dark. Some simple paint and fresh couch pillows would go a long way. I doubt they have replaced anything from the original stock furniture. Looks like a hotel room from the 90’s.
The outdoor dining area is ok but again the furniture is rusty with ripped flat seat cushions that are now faded and funky.
Again, great location and a simple update would go a long way here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Legacy Villas. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved being so close to the main pool area and that the back patios were more private than many others. As this unit is close to the front there is some noise from traffic and the guard gate when sitting outside but it didn’t bother us.

Also, cleaners forgot to leave laundry detergent so we couldn’t start towels/sheets on our way out but that was to their detriment. Otherwise, the unit itself was in a perfect location and perfect for us - we loved it. Also, Skip was great in communication. Our friends were next door which made gathering easy and fun. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Clean + comfortable unit in Legacy Villas. Great amenities + walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and La Quinta resort. Ample parking, large bedrooms, and comfortable beds . Would definitely come back for another stay at this unit!

The unit was immaculate with a well stocked kitchen. The master was large with a desk and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom was generous with a pull out sofa in the living room. There is a patio off the dining room with bbq and large dining table and ceiling fan. We brought our small dog who enjoyed the walking paths. While there were other dogs with guests, it was quiet, clean and everyone was lovely. The clubhouse is directly across from the unit and the communication was excellent. We will recommend this location and definitely return.

Great spot - especially with pets!
It was the perfect stay for us. Having the corner lot really allows for a lot of privacy and it was so easy to walk the dogs!
The beds were cozy and the kitchen well stocked. There is a path around the perimeter of the complex that gave us a place to stretch our legs and expend some energy for my 4.5 yr old.
Would definitely recommend and return.

Skip was great communicating with me before and during our stay. The unit was a ground floor unit with a larger patio that had a dining table with seating for 6. There is a small patio with a table for four outside one of the bedrooms. There was also an electric grill that was great for cooking. The kitchen was well equipped with a basic coffee maker and there is a rice cooker in one of the cabinets. There were a few pots and pans and a toaster and toaster oven. Unit also had a washer and dryer which was great for doing laundry. Each bedroom had a tv and the living room had a large tv with roku built in with netflix. The unit is also close to the main pool as well as a lap pool and spa just a 2 min walk next to the parking lot. This was great when the main pool was busy. We hope to come back again as it was really a home away from home.

The apartment was well equipped, clean, and comfortable and the villas complex was lovely. The pool area was a few minutes walk away and was excellent.
